The capsule room was about the size of a bed, with enough extra space for a small suitcase or backpack. It was comfortable and provided everything I needed to relax and enjoy some quiet time. I slept well, and both the bed and pillow were comfortable.
However, the shared bathroom facilities were disappointing. The toilets and showers were not particularly clean. Since the facilities are shared by all guests, I was surprised that the shower doors were made of frosted glass and that there was no proper changing area.
The ground floor is a food court, and when I sat down to eat food I had bought elsewhere, I was asked not to. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, which I appreciated, but there were no frying pans or plates, and some of the tables and chairs were damaged.
On the positive side, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff. The room in the back was set up as a coworking space, which was really useful and helped me get some work done. There were also lockers near the reception where I could leave my luggage, which was very convenient.
Overall, there were some good points, but the bathroom facilities and kitchen area could definitely be improved.
