We are a muslim family of 5 (2A,3C-13,11,9). The hotel picked us up from the railway station. We arrived early so they sent us to town for us to walk around. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. ******* luxury vibe. Animals (sheeps, ponies, deers, huskies) are adorable and friendly. We requested to go for horse riding. The hotel took is to a nearby area at the napahai. Around 10mins. We loved it, It was a memorable experience for us all. Perfect experience and we wish to come back if we have the chance. For halal food: we ate in town. Hotel offers no pork no lard no alcohol items as well.

The size of the room was crazy, and super clean, with floor heating, humidifier and oxygen machine, very friendly to the ones who suffer from altitude sickness (luckily both of us were tough enough) and the staff of the hotel might be the most warm-hearted and friendly hotel staff I’ve ever seen. If you have Wechat they will add you into a service group and you can ask for help or services there, very convenient. And it is also super close to the ancient city, 5mins walk. 10/10, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Traveling with small kids during winter is always a challenge, so I needed to find a convenient and comfortable hotel for my family. We chose Lisiman because of the unique experiences they offer, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Although I was hoping for snow around the hotel, it had already melted, but the chilly weather added to the charm. The amenities were perfect, and the room’s heating system kept us warm and cozy. I especially loved the welcome tea and fruits, as well as the complimentary breakfast, tea time and photoshoot in traditional costumes—they truly made the stay memorable. The free pickup from the ancient town and drop-off at the train station in their exclusive car was a great touch and made traveling so much easier. With this level of hospitality, I didn’t mind paying a little extra. This was an experience I’d love to repeat, and I’ll definitely come back one day!

The two days I spent in this hotel were the most memorable time of this trip. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the design was thoughtful and tasteful in every corner. What impressed me most was the courtyard with a bonfire. The housekeeper Xiao Li would light a bonfire for us every night and would also bake potatoes and sweet potatoes for us, bringing people from all over the world together to chat. I highly recommend this hotel to all friends who pursue quality and comfort.

What a fabulous stay!!! Highly recommend. Pros: 1. Location near the main street. So your car can park directly on the street and you don't need to walk the cobble path inside dukezong. It is also a 5 min walk to the entrance of dukezong. 2. Friendly staff! Offered pickups and tea, had a daily campfire with songs to chill. Offered recommendations on where to play and eat. 3. Overall, very clean and well decorated.

The most satisfying trip with kids! 💞Children's slippers and bathrobes are available, and the floor heating means you don't have to worry about your children running around barefoot. Medical oxygen prevented the elderly from experiencing altitude sickness, and the restaurant specially cooked soft rice noodles, which was very touching. There was a rich afternoon tea in the afternoon, and the butler drove us to Napahai before charging us for gas. The location is quiet in the bustling city, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the big prayer flag. The store has a full range of local specialties and reasonable prices (much cheaper than outside). I regret not booking a few more nights

The hotel provides excellent services. The best hotel to stay in shangrila. The location is very strategic near the supermarket and other food stalls. If you are a muslim, this hotel is very close to the halal food stall. The hotel provides pick-up and drop off at the railway station. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. It also provides extra oxygen in the room. If you come to shangrila, book this hotel straightaway. You will not regret it. You can communicate with the hotel if you want to go to the balagezong.

Customer service from 梅朵管家 was 200% super good. Her response was fast, good arrangement for taxi pickup and send us to high speed rail station, laundry service able to complete on the next day. Other staff was also super good that he used his Chinese phone numbers to help us to download the 400 overs photos for the local service （藏服摄影）that we have engaged in Shangri-la. Look forward to improve their breakfast buffet spread. Will book this hotel again
