I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already thinking about staying at this wonderful hotel in Shangri-La again! The location is excellent—strategically situated near Dukezong Ancient City. For Muslim travelers, finding halal food is incredibly easy, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hospitality here is unmatched. The owner, who is also a tour guide, went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. Before arriving in Shangri-La, I had inquired about visiting Bottomless Lake. Since the owner was busy, we went with his father instead. He was so kind, attentive, and caring towards both of us as female travelers. To top it off, they even drove us to our next hotel in Napahai. I want to highlight how thoughtful everyone here! The sister picked us up from the train station and made sure our room was warm and cozy before we arrived. The bed and pillows were incredibly fluffy, ensuring we had a great night’s sleep. Since I forgot to take photos of the room, don’t worry it’s exactly the same as the pictures. So I’m sharing pictures from our amazing tour to Bottomless Lake instead. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Shangri-La, especially if you plan to explore the area. Everyone here is so welcoming, and they truly make you feel at home!

The place is very clean and is a smart homestay with an oxygen generator and underfloor heating. It is close to Moonlight Square, within walking distance. Vehicles can drive directly to the homestay's entrance, making it convenient for luggage. The breakfast provided is also good. On the day we left, it just happened to be International Women's Day, and each of us was given a rose! The owner and staff are all very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

It also provides extra oxygen in the room. If you come to shangrila, book this hotel straightaway. You will not regret it. You can communicate with the hotel if you want to go to the balagezong.

I have encountered that my room tempature is very high. I have adjusted and call the hotel staff to help up. End up they gave us a fan. We stayed 2 nights and requested to change room but they said all rooms are full. We has complaint it through trip.com chat. They agreed to change a new room for the next day. Th hotel is new and near the east gate of gucheng. Although the first night happened, it is a pleasant stay.
