We are in a group of 6. the host is amazing, helped out with how to used the oxygen machine with essential for our elderly. We all had the room with fantastic view and the top roof view was majestic 🙏🙏🙏 we have been the most welcome and relaxing stay. the host was always be there to helped if you were need it. This homestay is the best! Very recommended 👌🏻 the host is very accommodating. The location is just perfect. It’s near to everything. There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. You won’t regret it.

A very lovely place to stay! The room is very clean with modern design. The location is also not far from the attractions, just 15 mins walk to old town. What I like the most is staff is very helpful and providing excellent service~ I lost my jacket at a tourist attraction and they helped me to find it back! High recommended to stay if you are coming to Shang-rila!

I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already thinking about staying at this wonderful hotel in Shangri-La again! The location is excellent—strategically situated near Dukezong Ancient City. For Muslim travelers, finding halal food is incredibly easy, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hospitality here is unmatched. The owner, who is also a tour guide, went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. Before arriving in Shangri-La, I had inquired about visiting Bottomless Lake. Since the owner was busy, we went with his father instead. He was so kind, attentive, and caring towards both of us as female travelers. To top it off, they even drove us to our next hotel in Napahai. I want to highlight how thoughtful everyone here! The sister picked us up from the train station and made sure our room was warm and cozy before we arrived. The bed and pillows were incredibly fluffy, ensuring we had a great night’s sleep. Since I forgot to take photos of the room, don’t worry it’s exactly the same as the pictures. So I’m sharing pictures from our amazing tour to Bottomless Lake instead. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Shangri-La, especially if you plan to explore the area. Everyone here is so welcoming, and they truly make you feel at home!
