TTamuSaya sangat menikmati masa inap saya. Heater & MayQueen sangat ramah dan memberikan layanan pelanggan, komunikasi, dan lainnya yang luar biasa. Mereka berdua adalah wanita luar biasa yang membantu saya menikmati masa inap yang telah saya rencanakan untuk merayakan ulang tahun ibu saya. Kami sangat menikmati masa inap kami, pemandangan Air Terjunnya luar biasa indah. Saat check-in, saya mendapatkan diskon untuk meningkatkan pengalaman menginap kami atau memberi kami aktivitas tambahan. Pemandangan dari restoran di lokasi cukup bagus dan akan lebih baik jika ada lebih banyak pilihan, tetapi makanannya enak. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa!

TTamuKarena saya telah tinggal di hotel ini sebelumnya, saya tahu apa yang diharapkan. Konon, hotel ini menunjukkan umurnya dan harus dikembalikan ke status aslinya. Ini menjadi lebih jelas mengingat pembaruan terbaru ke hotel (rantai besar) tepat di samping Crowne Plaza. Tapi secara keseluruhan tinggal itu masih sangat menyenangkan. Akan menyarankan bahwa server restoran tidak mencoba mengejar tip mereka berdasarkan tanda terima yang menunjukkan harga asli untuk sarapan ketika tidak termasuk dalam tarif menginap per malam. Ini sedikit berlebihan, terutama mengingat server hanya membawa kopi dan peralatan makan bening, *****tara para tamu mendapatkan makanan mereka sendiri di prasmanan. Mungkin para tamu harus menerima tip (tertawa).

TTamuThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us. Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs. You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed. Walls are dated, floors are updated. Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

TTamuI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

TTamuThe hotel needs huge improvement. The room had furniture that is old and pretty stained  fabric. The water had to run for at least 20 min before you get warm water.  The list is long but  the worst of all is $25 dollars parking  per day that you charge on the top of the charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends

JJoyful SoloI recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

TTati11We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
