Hotel is in easy reach of airport, walkable in 20 mins. Helpful staff with good English. Shopping Centre very close too.

Great service, very pleasant personnel. Clean room, spacious enough for one with big desk. Nice bathroom, great breakfast.

Zero hospitality.Regular- always stayed in double bed ,asked me 20e per night for change from single to double bed -same size room.Denied change of room due to noise.

I stayed 1 week in March for the 2nd year in a row. We chose this hotel originally because of the location, very close to the airport, the big mall and highway. 10-15 min to go into Old Town with Taxi. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I asked for late checkout the last day of my stay and they were able to do it for me. Breakfast is consistent every day as well. Also when booking I asked for 2 single beds instead of one queen bed and they fixed that as well. No complaints to think of, cleaners was also really friends and flexible as we woke up quite late, when we went out and came back, room was clean every time. If they get a fridge in the room I might move in permanently , but we added a bucket with cold water to keep all the drinks cool so no biggie! See you next year Vienna House!

I am staying here on business. The hotel is very convenient for access to the airport and onwards into Bratislava. The room is clean and tidy, and quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Dominique. I thoroughly recommend.

I spent a week there. The breakfast is very delicious and you can choose from many different dishes. The restaurant is useful with little choice, but delicious food. I don't like pillows filled with artificial wool but the bed and mattress are comfortable. My room was quite quiet, but you could still hear the highway noise, almost like the noise of an air conditioner. The parking fee is a bit expensive, 10euro/per night. Generally, everything was clean, the staff was kind and helpful.

1.) During check-in we had to wait 10 minutes until lady finished her call in the back office. Quite annoyed and she was not attentative and slow.
2.) bathroom was not cleaned and desifencted. Dirty toilette. We have more rooms there and most of us had similar feeling. My colleague said: “I do not feel that bathroom was cleaned after previous guest.”
We stayed for 2 nights without cleanining of the room and change of the towels (during check in no information that cleaning is not provided daily was not privided).
In general it is not bad hotel for short stay, but management should do better its supervision role over at least staff at reception and cleaning.
To be honest: lady at the reception this morning was nice and polite, same at the bar.
Breakfast and internet were ok.
My overall feeling is that the hotel is as “Ibis style”.
