**The Black Dog Hideaway is a legally registered vacation rental with the City of Bozeman and the state of Montana. Our house is located in the more desirable south side of Bozeman's Historic District in Cooper Park and is just 2 blocks from all that Downtown Bozeman has to offer, shopping, restaurants, bars, and even occasional street fairs. Only 2 blocks from Cooper Park, our neighborhood park, walking distance to Montana State University, and located only 25 minutes from our community ski hill, Bridger Bowl. An hour and a half from Yellowstone National Park, and a few minutes in any direction from a wealth of hiking, biking, fishing and any other outdoor activity you can imagine. Built in 1911, this historic Craftsman Bungalow style home is the recipient of the 2010 Historic Preservation Award, Black Dog Hideaway is your elegant and cozy home away from home. You will see a small yellow bin on the deck and a large green recycling can in the drive way. Please empty you recycling before you leave into the large green can.*** Please keep in mind this home is 115 years old and therefore you will have some creaky floor noises.
