Zeer mooi en goed gelegen hotel. Zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam personeel. Maakt geen problemen over het gebruik van water uit de ijskast en er wordt steeds gevraagd te reserveren voor de maaltijden indien niet op voorhand ingeschreven. Goede hulp en indien geen gebruik van de parking, hoef je - ondanks reservatie - niet te betalen. Een erg fijne ervaring was dit. Zeker een aanrader. en wij gaan terug.

The hotel is well situated by the river, and has great secure underground parking. We had a really dated room (not like the photos on here), which although looking quite old and tired, was clean and very comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. I can only think the hotel must be updating rooms over time, and we had one which hadn't been modified yet. The breakfast was ok (not great). We ate in the attached bar/restaurant outside - the food was tasty and the drinks were good.

My wife and I spent two nights at the Hotel De La Poste. Our room was comfortable, light and airy and had a lovely view over the river to the castle and hills beyond. An electric fan helped keep it cool in the very how weather. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel’s location is very convenient being right in the town centre. There was ample parking in the underground car park, which was very useful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room. We did not try breakfast as the charge was some 20 Euros per person. Instead, we ate breakfast at the tea room across the square for a quarter of the price! The main negative point was the constant thud, thud, thud of the base from the music in the ground floor bar, which made it much too noisy to have the windows open.

Nice building very well located. Lobby, bar and restaurant well decorated wirh a warm atmosphere. Rooms are quite comfortable but without possibilities to make coffee or tea . I recommand to stay at this hotel

On the plus side, the location and view from this lovely hotel couldn’t be better. Parking is available and I’m not sure what we would have done if it wasn’t. Our room was small but clean. There is no coffee in the room, so in the morning, we asked several employees - in our broken French - where we could find a cup. One woman told us, “In the back” and left us there. In the back of what? The woman at the front desk directed us to a restaurant next door. We headed there only to find it closed. We went back inside and she said, “Oui, ferme.” Well then why did you send us there? We are kind, tolerant, patient travelers and have never felt so unwelcome and unwanted at a hotel. Their in-room brochure states, “It’s the little things that count.” Someone needs to remind them that’s true.

Stayed here for one night en route to Aachen. Lovely older hotel situated in a beautiful location by the river. Room was old fashioned but comfortable and very clean with a view over the river and towards the castle. The retaurant looked amazing but we did not eat there. Had drinks at the outdoor bar and enjoyed the warm weather. Parking was available at a cost in the hotel's undergroud car park. Bouillon is a lovely little town with numerous restaurants / bars etc. It is a delightful place to explore.

It's a quite good hotel well located near the Semois. They managed to keep an historical atmosphere without being oldish. The Personnel is smiling and professional, especially at the restaurant. The gastronomic restaurant has a limited but qualitative menu. Taste, presentation and quantity guaranteed. The breakfast is large and extremely various. 2 little things to mention however: the lack of air-conditioning made the room quite hot under this Easter sun and the TV broadcasting was often interrupted making it difficult to follow any program. Nice place to spent a weekend.

Que demander de mieux que de bien manger, d’être bien accueilli et d’être dans un bel endroit. Une Cuisine raffinée et savoureuse. Le Personnel est très professionnel et agréable et ceci en pleine semaine quand tout est fermé à Bouillon. Bravo!
