They don’t tell you in advance of your stay that you’ll need to be on WhatsApp for the check in process.
The info on their booking doc says that you have to check in at their office which isn’t correct.
Had to prompt them at 15:45 for the info (after check in time) as I’d heard nothing.
Funky smell in the apar**ent.
Very dated and uncomfortable sofa.
Blinds are wafer thin linen in the bedrooms and they let al the light in.
Tv didn’t work- all the Chanels were missing.
Lamps in the bedrooms didn’t work.
The bathroom fan was louder than a plane taking off!
Mould in the shower, lots of in grained old mould.
On the plus side there is free coffee!
They let you leave your bag with them after check out and will also ring for a cab for you.
Nice high ceilings.
Toilet paper wafer thin.
Fabric conditioned towels so they don’t really dry you!
It was so bad I couldn’t take a photo of the place.
No view.
One room has an air conditioner outside unit by the window.
Too expensive for quality.

We absolutely loved our apar**ent & despite being on the 2nd floor without a lift we had a great time. The facilities, the position (so close to the old town centre) were great. The apar**ent has a concierge & was able to order taxis etc, help us with the heating etc. l would recommend this apar**ent.
