場所はとても分かりづらかった。到着したのは午後18頃でしたので、オンラインチェックインしかできなかった。ホテルというよりAirbnbみたいです。部屋は広かったですが、暗かったです。

Nice stay! Felt welcomed and surely I'll come back. The location is perfect as you can quickly reach the city center. Plus, there are so many nice things to see nearby and high quality restaurants too

Santo Stefano was the perfect place for a short stay in Bologna. The rooms were well appointed and the included breakfast was good. It was good that the hotel had an elevator (even a slow one) and the hotel was on the 4th floor. Even though the hotel was not in the center, it was walkable to Piazza Maggiore and there were restaurants close by.

We have booked this place through their website and we were satisfied from the general information that we got online. To be honest it was in a very good locations. Arriving at the property we noticed that there were construction works ongoing !!! Early in the morning the noise was very loud and it was impossible to sleep. Imagine a family with 2 young children that has to wake up from that noise. The second and the biggest delusion was the apartment itself. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A PLACE SO DIRTY! The floor was so dirty like it has months without washing. Tested with a paper tissue… it become brown dark, disgusting. The beds were arranged with some old sheets and a couple of duvet (smelly) that was hard to sleep. Very old towels, from white they were close to grey, and with an unpleasant smell. The apartment itself was very old in furniture and equipment. Not mentioning that there was zero acoustic isolation. You can feel the next door apartment chats like they were in your room, and the road noise was crazy if your apartment with face the road. Very poor experience

the apartment was very clean and the housekeeper very helpful. The location of the apartment is great: everything you need is right around the corner. We loved the little terrace. the apartment is very quiet, despite its central location. The kitchen and its equipment (glasses, cuttlery, pots, etc.) shold be renewed soon.

The apartment was very pleasant. The host was very accommodating and kept in communication throughout the entire booking process and stay. The kitchen is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. It only took about 10min to get into the historic centre on foot which was a straight line, super easy. Lovely little balcony to relax and enjoy a coffee. It's wasn't really a problem but there are (too) many light switches to try and remember which one worked for which light. It would be easier if this was streamlined.

location perfetta accogliente elegante con ogni comfort. in posizione comodissima per visitare la città. la consigliamo a chiunque voglia visitare Bologna alloggiando in un ambiente confortevole e tranquillo.

Sono stata accolta benissimo dal personale, camera stupenda, pulizia eccezionale! Ho dormito in modo eccellente!! Prezzi più che ragionevoli per la zona. Bagno grande. Posizione ottima, considerato che è a plachi passi da piazza santo Stefano che è la più bella della città. Tornerò sicuramente.
