Noisy, traffic, no table lamps on night stand, no ice anywhere, shower floors are very slippery, restrooms are way too small, no amenities in the room, no chairs in the rooms, overall…. not that good

Was a good stay. Nothing super fancy or extraordinary. The bedroom is very small, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure.
We arrived late at night and when we went to the bedroom realized there was no mini bar, we had no water so we called the receptionist, no answer. went to the reception and never got a person to respond so we were thirsty until the morning. However another night someone else helped me book a taxi to the airport and gave me a call in the morning to make sure I woke up on time.
Breakfast was decent. Eggs to taste, coffee, fruit, juice and other sugary options.

Hotel looks nice on the outside but rooms are horrible
They look like a cheap motel you rent for 3 hours
1 sober bed and a little fridge on the floor with nothing in it...
A shame because the outside looks good

Good value for the cost, convenient location within walking distance of both Unicentro and Usaquen. However, it is in a noisy intersection (even at night). The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable enough, but they are VERY basic. Good breakfast included. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
