The room was ok, clean and tidy. Asked for the quilt and housekeeper sorted this for me in no time. Different story with the mini fridge, had to request it four times to get it refilled once in seven days. Food not great at all. Breakfast was the worst, for lunch not even bothered to get to buffet and been eating mostly at the beach bar - the best food there. Dinner not nice either. Only three days later we were told by other guests about late snack bar - reception not informed us about it on our arrival which would of be nice as we arrived 3am and been hungry! Coctails - no consistency, one can be good another just lemonade. All cocktails served in plastic cups, hotel should consider more about the impact to the environment and reduce usage of plastic cups etc., Entertainment - shocking how the hotel can make private parties for the Dutch people and leave their other guests behind. Yes, they did organised something for others but it wasn't good at all. Maintenance of the hotel - as I said above, no complaints about the room, I wasn't going and taking pics of every snag as I didn't went for that. However, maintenence around the pools have to be improved, lots of damaged tiles, drain covers around the pools where anyone can hurt themselves and seen not once people required first aid. Staff - not all of them are helpful, some of them constantly unhappy about things and showing that obviously to the guests. Some staff were really struggling to speak English and always trying to speak Russian, which I found offending. All in all, food not good, entertainment not great, safety is shocking.
