we stayed here for 3 days and service of the hotel were awesome specially food were delicious and staffs were friendly generious. Thanks for the teams who served to bring us wonderful memories.

Overall we had a good and relaxing stay, the beach was very clean, the nature was beautiful, the shows were amazing. There was live music every night. The room was spacious, the matress comfortable and the cleaning and change of towels were done daily. Some bathrooms needed rinovations as there was a bad smell and toilets needed better cleaning but i think it was poor quality of the products used. We had beautiful sea view . Wifi signal was not always good but the rooms up in the villas had no wifi at all, thats something to be improved. The food at the hotel was basic but you could find decent food to eat, the fish and all kind of meat were delicious, but still needed more quality as there were few items tasty, there was not good the quality of products for children. The drinks were very poor quality indeed, all products were local meanwhile we had ultra all inclusive offer and i felt disappointed, all fruit juices were with conservants, never a fresh juice served. The food service after 21.30 was unaviable, not a single snack in case you felt hungry you should expect room service with extra payment. The ice creams had restricion time servngs and were only in vascetes, not packaged, but were ok. The 3 sliders had restricted aviability times, not good.. The staff were absolutely nice and helpful, especially gratitude to Burak of Guest relations for the help to solving a problem and for being attentive to meet any request or complaint. Many thanks ti the ladies in kids club, they were nice in helping in kids activities.

Hotel is very good, the food is nice, the people are friendly and everything is perfect.the entertainment team are the best they are so lovely and so friendly. all the night shows, dj performance, foam party's and live music was wonderful.all the love

It was an excellent experience to had with my family. The view, staffs, foods and environment were exclusive. I personally want to thank about the kind communication and great music nights of Mr. Aziz with his friends doing and also special thanks to Mr. Sheriff.

The quality of the food was very good, and it had gorgeous views, but the rooms weren’t that clean. The rooms were on a hill, and so they had to use buggies to transport us from and to the hotel, the only issue with that is that there were a small amount of buggies available on site at any time. If you are worried about not knowing Turkish, they have amazing translators on guest service, particularly the translator that helped me most was Sherif, who was very kind and helped me a lot. There was also a bartender by the name of Subutay, who made excellent cocktails, and whom I recommend to get a drink from if you are to choose this hotel. They also had a great entertainment team in general. Overall, I think it is a great hotel, and I recommend that you book it if you are to visit Bodrum

Stayed here with my family and was quite disappointed with the restaurant everything is finshed by 7.30 nowhere to sit why don’t they bring refills I don’t blame the staff there I blame the management for this it was a joke mini club were outstanding my sons 9 years old and loved it my other child and husband had an amazing time with the Annimation team they were all just so caring they are outstanding in there job difficult task to make so many people laugh but the manger (ilkay) managed to do that every night fantastic guy can’t fault them for anything it’s best not to comment regarding the cleanliness in the hotel Overall did we have a good time yes due to the Annimation team and night shows

What a stunning place we stayed for a week in June and we loved it. Good was amazing the staff are friendly and nice made our stay even more pleasant. Our girls loved playing with cats and we had a great time. Massive thank u to the lobby team who always warmed milk for our little one anytime we needed it sometimes it was 6am trip to lobby to get walk milk and they never refused. The entertained team are amazing!!! The children play are and forgot the lady name but she was sooo good to all the children and they loved it. We loved our entertainment nights they were the highlight of our holiday massive thank u to them all

The hotel grounds are clean. It is a self service hotel where you have to go and get your own drinks whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. Staff are around but they will not come to you and ask you what you would like to drink. The food is very limited not much choice. I struggled to eat dinner so I never used to go for dinner. The snack bar was better. The food needs to improve and staff should take care of their guests like other 5 star hotels. Fish and grilled turkey you will find everyday being served. There needs to be more food choice. I wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star hotel. The hotel grounds has cats running around and will come and sit under your seat when you are in restaurant. There are two dogs where you sunbathe. One dog hides in the Ladies toilets. The hotel is not worth the money. The housekeeping do not change your bedding. I found my pillow cases were just turned over and were not changed.

We had a very good stay at Yasmin Resort. The hotel is located on a great beach. Hotel`s beach and the sea is very clean and so easy to access from the hotel. All the employee working at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. There are also multiple a la carte options when you need a break from buffet with delicious food. Also there are multiple pools so you can choose the one without kids pool if you want more silent. The only improvement point was the all the dogs and cats; however towards to end of our stay the hotel management said they have found a solution to that problem and there were no more uncontrolled animals.
