"Hotel is one of the best hotels located in Bitez, one of the best towns in the city of Bodrum. It is on the hills with breath taking view of Aegean Sea. Hotel is accessible to major places with a short inexpensive taxi rides; Bitez beach and board walk has many second to none clean restaurants. Wanted to stay four days in the hotel but ended up staying 11 days. If you like luxury restaurant go to hotel’s the club and bars restaurant. If you want to inexpensive high quality food go to “Bitez Koftecisi” with 5 min taxi rides. Don’t forget to delicious ice cream in Bitez Dondurma. Hotel staff is excellent, friendly and they do extra. Hotel is free parking. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a quality vacation. I must mention exceptional buffet breakfast fresh fruit and made to order eggs. Mehmet Gungor Orlando Florida"

"The staff at this hotel is friendly and very attentive. We were upgraded from a garden view room to a water view room and essentially had the pool to ourselves. The food here is good and the breakfast is cooked to order. I highly recommend the waffles! There is nothing I would change about this place."

"Just arrived from an amazing weeks stay at Serpina. Big thanks to Ali, Engin and Meta who made our stay so memorable and perfect from start to finish. The staff really cannot do enough for you so friendly and lovely! The breakfast was fine ,enough to choose from and plenty of shops near by. We took the bus into Bodrum a couple of times which works out around 50p each you can get this right outside the hotel and you can pay with cash or card. Our room was lovely and clean and the shower was very powerful. We did a boat trip during our stay which was fantastic! We visited the Turkish Maldives which was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed karaoke Wednesday's and theres bingo everyday where you can win prizes. The pool is a perfect size if you want to cool off and we had no problem getting a sunloungers every day. We met so many people at Serpina and everyone was so lovely and chatty. I loved the holiday so much that I have just booked again for next year with my mum! Highly recommend Serpina.
