"This was our third time at Tropicana beach & we've already booked for nxt year. The staff are amazing, helpful, friendly, funny and they make you so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool and bar area are very clean, inviting and have the most wonderful views. We ate here several times ie. Breakfast, wraps, soups , burgers and sandwiches. Everything tasted very good. Food was well presented and plentiful. The location is great. The dolmus pulls up outside frequently and there's also near-by taxi office. I can't praise this apart/hotel enough and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for another amazing holiday ❤️"

"1/5 Stars Very disappointing experience. This hotel definitely does not deserve its 4-star rating. The kitchen and dining area were dirty, and the food looked like it had been prepared by children. The presentation was poor, and the quality was far below expectations. There were no signs or information anywhere in the hotel, making it difficult to find anything. Even the reception staff did not provide clear guidance. The check-in process was also unacceptable. We arrived at 9:00 AM and didn't receive our room until 2:00 PM, despite waiting for five hours."

"Amazing Experience staying at the Lume Boutique Hotel & Spa. We stayed for 10 nights and had the best experience. The room had everything we needed for 2 adults and a 1 year old. Pool was super quiet and chilled. The staff were the best part Mahmutcan couldn’t have been more accommodating and my daughter loved him. We enjoyed the hammam / massage experience with Leine & it was amazing. Such a good spa therapist. It is a family run place and my daughter loved playing with the owners daughter. Breakfast was everything you needed and there is plenty of food choices if you want to order at the pool whilst relaxing. 100% would recommend"
