Poor hotel food, poor location, and discriminate against Chinese people

I had an outstanding experience at the resort. when we saw the negative comments we were worried however I believe these are written with bad intentions. Food is not sloppy at all, gym was useful and honestly the spa treatments were top class. We enjoyed our stay here and I think it is great value for money.

The place is comical. Let’s starts with rooms - they were adequate at best and useless at worst. The aircon was intermittent and the shower time took a good 10 minutes to get warm. The patio doors were broken and the cleaning just never took place. Next the gym 🫣 it was not a gym it has two treadmills a wired machine and some weights both treadmills were broken and the weight machine was just pathetic. In effect you couldn’t use the gym as there was nothing to use. Next the food- where do I begin, it was like slop every day the same, no idea what it was supposed to be - we couldn’t eat here it was so awful even the eggs in the morning were wrong. The so called all inclusive is nothing of the kind. The beer was about the only thing drinkable and no other drinks save raki and vodka and very cheap whisky. We asked for a cocktail list and were literally laughed at. The snack bar OMG it served a burger and fries and I assure you they microwaved the burger - even the stray cats wouldn’t eat the food that’s how bad it was. The pools were fine and clean the place had a rancid smell about it and the wifi just didn’t work at all. The staff were nice and clearly overworked we had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels every day. It was just awful but comically awful as well. We are very laid back and didn’t get into any debates as it just wasn’t worth it. We got Delhi belly twice and sore throats but that could have a coincidence. We will never know. Location wise it’s great. But don’t risk it. It’s not worth even a tenth of what we paid.

very bad hotel with dirty rooms full with bed bugs and for family very bad disco and bar all over the hotel just one person his name is Abdulla was very good not recommended at all very old bed and not washed bed is very old sheets are not washed for long time

Rooms has bed bugs. Not very clean, everywhere is dust, when you get in to the room ,you have clean your self all furniture of dust 🤔 .If you left tips on a bed is it not mean they are change dirty laundry of your bed, they just change towels and take it trush us normal they do every day, event hasn't clean a shower 🤔. Stuff is friendly and helpfull. Hotel nurse can't help you if you hace any accidentout of hotel, her not speak English at all, can't change patches if is happening to you any excidend, her only can call ambulance 😩 or tell you change your self 🤣🤣🤣 because you have accident out of hotel.

We were 2 families of 4 and we were not expecting a UK 5 star hotel, the location of the hotel is fabulous, 10 minute walk to all the restaurants by the beach and lots of shops. The hotel is clean and they cleaner go into your rooms everyday and provide clean towels and bottled water, make beds, however not much cleaning is done. The pool boy comes round to collect used cups & rubbish, he is friendly and a hard worker. There is plenty of sun loungers at both pools and we never had to get up early to reserve one. We found the food fine and always found something we liked. If you have a picky eater in your part the snack bar provides chips, chicken nuggets, burgers from 2pm. The bars have limited spirts available, however there was plenty of soft drinks and tea and coffee. The pools are clean, but didn’t witness them being cleaned. Music is played at then fun pool which has two slides. A lot of the staff need to learn how to smile as found them very miserable with the exception of a few who were friendly and tried speaking English to us.

Booked through Thomas Cook . Hotel is large , the staff were good , helpful , ' Med ' the TC rep was very friendly and arranged a boat trip that was a great day out , was easily contactable if needed . The food was good and varied , the room had A/C , was clean and cleaned daily if requested , bathroom and shower modern , bed a bit firm for my liking . The 2 pools and outside areas were good too and cleaned daily . The hotel is a 10 minute walk ( maybe less ) to the seafront and all the shops ,eateries and attractions an easy walk and recommend seeing the Mausoleum and castle whilst there . I hired a car before I visited and picked it up a couple of days into holiday and we found a couple of great beaches about 30 minutes from Bodrum ( car was a nearly new fiat and was £142 for 8 days ) . Bad points . These are very minor , our room was in the corner at the back of the hotel and over the road was a karaoke bar and the music played till early hours but we had the balcony door shut at night and A/C on so it was OK. The food hall is self service with inside/ outside seating and can get very busy and we found if we went late you could get seated easily , one morning there was rain and as expected the inside was full and sitting outside not an option so we walked into bodrum later . Overall as a base to see Bodrum I'd recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, I’ve read comments people expecting 5 star ⭐️ luxury for the price you have paid. Get a grip it’s a lush hotel, it’s clean, the staff in the main were great fun. One or 2 need to learn to smile working I. This industry a smile goes a long way. People moaning that the animation team stopped at 6 pm in the pool. Of course they are going to it’s dinner time, also you have to accept you are in a Muslim country and prayer time is sacred. The food was nice and tasty and the fact there are hundreds of bars and restaurants means if you get fed up or fancy a change get your wallet out and buy a meal elsewhere like I did. The breakfast was as lovely and the cakes in the afternoon were delicious. Overall I give it 4 out of 5. The only reason not 5 is one or 2 staff had their heads up their arses. They were obviously in the wrong job SMILE it goes a long way to making someone’s vacation

Ignore the bad reviews. The location of the hotel is amazing, around a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants by the beach, lots of shops too. cleanliness: -The hotel as a whole is really clean, they clean the rooms every day providing new towels, bottled water & toiletries. - The pool workers come round in the day and pick up any used cups or rubbish you have used which is amazing. - The only issue is that the bathrooms could be updated as they’re old however everything works well. - I didn’t get bitten by a mosquito once or see any in the rooms so don’t worry about that. Food: They provide a large variety of food every day, you will like something! Snack bar provides chips, chicken nuggets, burgers from 2pm if you’re more of a “picky”eater. Pools: Both pools are very clean, the fun pool with the slides has music playing throughout the day which is good for children. The chill pool is very calm if you prefer that. Leon’s bar shuts at 23:00pm which is quite early but that is probably to accommodate young families. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND curlys pool and bar situated by the hotel, they have great cocktails, good food and music played. They even have a pool if you would like!

That’s not a 5-star hotel !!! Poor food quality, poor service and very unprofessional staff in the bar and restaurant. The guy in the reception during the afternoon was so rude and unfriendly. Just the night staff at the reception was excellent! My room wasn’t clean properly, the pool activities finished so early at 6 pm. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 5-star experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING AWFUL PLACE!! We arrived on 6th June and as soon as we walked in knew it was bad!! And from that moment it just got worse! They messed up the booking and told us they had only booked us 1 room for myself my husband and a family friend, (we booked 2 rooms) When we arrived to our room after walking past the building works being undertaken on the hotel grounds we was faced with a printed A4 piece of paper explaining that it wasn’t all inclusive (which was what love holidays we’re selling) but there was a number of items listed that were at extra cost! The mini bar in the room was completely EMPTY but 2 small bottles of water were sat on the side! I contacted love holidays telling them I was appalled by the lack of services and selection in a so called ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE and along with the building work going on wanted to be moved to alternative accommodation, We left it with them and went to find something to eat and drink as we had been up since 3am! The snack bar provided chips, cooked bread and chicken nuggets and a burger if you were quick enough to get one! The evening restaurant food was ok but nothing spectacular! We returned to our room at 8.30 that evening to find the room flooded, the bed was soaked as the aircon machine had leaked, my husband went to the front desk and 10 minutes later they send a young lad to our room with a squeegee and a towel to mop the water up!!!! After complaining again they sent an engineer to the room to look at the aircon machine!!! He opened it up removed the electrical tape holding the pipes together, cut the pipe and slotted a random piece of pipe in the opening! Then left the room!! Bed still soaking wet! I ended up staying in this hell hole for 3 days before finally being moved to a much better hotel that was ALL INCLUSIVE!

Where do I start I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here! Firstly we arrived late the hotel staff was rude and honestly didn’t want us to be there. We asked if there was any where we get a drink to be told no it’s all closed we only wanted some water couldn’t even give us a bottle of that.we got shown to out which was dusty and dirty still had poo down the toilet from the last people it’s was warm in our room so thought we put the air con to which about 10 live cockroaches fall out all of the floor we went straight to reception to be told they will sort it in the morning I told them this is not acceptable so I the end they just moved us rooms. The next morning we was woken up by the decorating in the hall way outside. When we spoke to reception about this they told us we come 2 weeks early. In the end we call the holiday company we booked with and they finally moved us to much better hotel. DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
