Ulasan Shah Palace Hotel

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!

I spent three days at the hotel. The main advantage is the excellent location, close to the center. The staff was polite. However, the room is clearly tired and in need of renovation: the furniture is scratched, and the bathroom looks dated. The Wi-Fi was unstable. For a short stay it’s tolerable, but for longer periods I would look for a more modern option.

Excellent hotel, nice and humble,polite and supportive staff, excellent location, sure will come to this hotel. Highly recommend. Thank you very much for your services and hospitality.

The road to the hotel is a bit old and battered but the hotel itself is really nice and breakfast has a good selection of local foods

We were told during check in that they will serve breakfast at 9am-11am. But when we came there at 10:30am, the staff already remove all the food even though she saw us that we were carrying our plates and about to get something. But thanks to the staff in the reception asking us to come back to have a breakfast. But we did not came back as we are already felt ashamed that time.

Good location in the centre of the city, breakfast is tasty, a little bit overpriced, but the stay was completely good.

Good hotel in the middle of Bishkek City

Заселились второй раз в этот же отель, из-за месторасположения и хорошего завтрака. Из минусов отметили,что при брони фото номера было другое,по факту номер маленький тесный,но переночевать подойдёт. Но холодильник в номере надо заменить или починить, так как он очень сильно шумный,ну просто как трактор! Невозможно было спать с включенным холодильником. Фото с завтрака прилагаю.

酒店地處老城區的市中心，步行可以到達潘菲洛夫公園、共和廣場、多所大學以及中心商場，走到楚河大街約8-10分鐘，交通比較方便，打車也很快，從機場過來大概半個多小時20多公里；周邊靠近居民區，房間很安靜，出門幾分鐘也有便利店和餐廳，買東西吃飯不成問題。早餐相對中亞西式，冷餐較多，主要是果汁、點心、麪包、堅果和蔬菜沙拉，有時有酸奶喝水果（能否拿到取決於吃飯的時間或客人多少），但會有熱蛋羹和烤腸（牛肉），茶和咖啡都可自取。服務也還算周到，前台英文均可溝通，就是有時比較粗心，可能沒那麼細緻。

地理位置優越，附近吃飯地方多，挨着一個大商場，適合旅遊商務等出行，挨着著名廣場阿拉套廣場，走路一公里。
