Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay Reviews

Excellent stay at Four Points Sheraton. The facilities are new and the room is clean. Outstanding service all round. The property shares a beach with Hotel Indigo and The Sanchaya, which we stayed previously and also thoroughly enjoyed. The beachfront is broad, and you can walk for a couple of hours along the beach along the intertidal zone (including out to an island that’s you might otherwise have to swim out to at high tide). Food is decent, and Warung Yeah! is a terrific restaurant located just a few minutes walk away on the beach. We would not hesitate to return here.

Just opened in 2024, very nicely designed. Rooms were quite clean and views are good. Lagoi complex nearby starting to open some shops.  Service from Kaleb was great.  1 western restaurant and 1 Asian restaurant (also breakfast buffet). Western was close to the beach, nice and chill. Great mushroom soup. Had romantic dinner at western for about SGD80+.

The entire hotel is cool. The service is so friendly. Rome is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. The beach is touching and overwhelming. All my family members are happy for this stay.

The perfect place for staycation 😊 The location is very near to ferry terminal, it is beachfront, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The foods were great! We love everything about our stay 😊 Highly recommended!

This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. Thank you Team Fourpoints by Sheraton Bintan, and congratulations in advance on the official opening tomorrow! We are fully recharged to welcome another week of routine in our life.

This hotel deserves 6/5. The interior is modern, great location, The best services especially mention to Sir Kaleb and all the staff. All the staff greeted and smiled. They allowed us to check in early 11:00 since we came early and late check out 1:00 because our trip will be at 6:35. They attended to our request. They also provide shuttle bus for both arrival and departure. There is also near cafe and a convenience store. We will surely come back here.

Thank you for the excellent hospitality! The staff was incredible helpful, especially Ledy, Andik and Yundika, who assisted us during check-in and throughout our stay. In the middle of the night, I wasn’t feeling well and the staff Andri (F&B) promptly took the initiative to provide me with hot ginger, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bintan and definitely will return whenever I visit Bintan again

everything was very clean and new. service staff were all very friendly. downside is that the beach isn’t public and many shops were closed at lagoi plaza.

The hotel is new, so cleanliness is expectedly great. Service staff are excellent, brilliantly friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the beach provides additional water activities.

Fantastic beachfront location! It is right next to a user luxurious private property, but you get the same beach front experience.

Clean , quiet and spacious room! We booked ocean views for 2 nights ! Front desk services are good!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room were clean. We were happy with their services. Food was limited. It will be good if the hotel is able to have some Chinese cuisine food available. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
