Great location, spacious rooms. Could do with some improvement but all round good for the price

第二次入住了，選了更貴的陽台房，結果比沒陽台的更糟糕，入住第一天洗一半就沒熱水了，房間燈光昏暗，夜晚吵到三點還沒消停，開窗蟲很多，安全係數存疑

المكان قريب لوسط المدينة والغرفة نظيفة ولكن هناك مدرسة بالجوار ولا تستطيع النوم لوقت متأخر.

Es war alles soweit gut. Nur der Gästeservice,hatten unseren Schlüssel im Zimmer,war schwach. Man wollte uns den Schlüssel nicht zu schicken,trotz unserer Kostenübernahne. Aussage das macht unser Hotel nicht,müssen ihn abholen. Aber ich fahr nicht wieder über 300km um ihn zu holen. Nach langer Diskussionen und hinterher tel. wurde dies dann doch gemacht. Nachdem wir Brief mit Rückbrief und Porto hingeschickt hatten kam der Schlüssel 7 Tage nach Abreise wieder bei uns zu Hause an. Danke dafür nochmal,aber den Gästenservice ,bei solchen seltenen Problemen, nochmal überdenken bitte.

커피포트가 녹슬어있고 냉장고도 없고 길거리 소음과 옆 방 소음이 다 들려 굉장히 시끄럽고 와이파이도 안됩니다. 추천하지 않습니다.

Insgesamt fand ich sehr gut.

半地下室，衞生乾淨 服務不錯。家庭旅館裏算不錯的了。

I was confused getting into my room since the check-in area is a separate building than the actual hotel rooms

The staff were lovely but the room left a lot to be desired did not look like the pictures, very basic but clean.

This place is terrible, dirty, smelly and alot of noice from the surroundings.

Nice little hotel, staff helpful and kind, the room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The parking situation was a bit hard and some previous guest had definitely smoked in the room because a slight odor was there.

The room was advertised with a balcony, which indeed was there but into a gloomy and dark backyard on the first floor. There was only one light in the room, in the ceiling, no bedside lamps. the shower was broken,, so the only option was to use the bathtub, as the switch to get water in the shower was broken. There was a kettle, but no cups or glasses, no tea or coffee. Even if we had our own coffee and tea with us, there was nothing to drink it from except ONE cup in the bathroom. All in all, very disappointing. There was no breakfast service either, which we may have missed information about.

The windows in the room were wide open, so checking in at 23:00 it was 10 degrees in the room. Every step from people above or in next rooms carried into my room. The bed (read: bunk) was probably from a kids dormatory, two-storey bed with approx. 50cm between the matresses, which were awful. Not again.
