Good Night

I arrived at Good Night Apar**ents with my family in September, there was a huge construction on site. They were building the tram line in front of their windows. Management told me that it was ok to leave the premises and they will refund us the money. We left the apar**ent and the management wrote to me several times in the course of a month, that they were going to refund the money to the credit card that was originally charged in full. They sent me the cancellation notice via *********** and they never made the transaction happen. Here I am a month later and after dealing with their rude emails and no refund. Be careful with these people as they misrepresent what they say. *********** also a disaster in how they manage things when they go wrong.

I don’t like the hotel they are over charge me money they don’t respond service not good when I book hotel they charges me wrong amount they say they will refund but owner of property not pick up phone not respond never recommend this hotel anyone ,be careful about when you book this hotel,they took your money not same amount

Nigh**are! We stayed at the aparments for one night on the 26th May arriving in the evening. We'd been provided with a code to enter in a lock box to retreive a key and a single key was provided for apar**ent 4. We entered the apar**ent to find it dirty having not been cleaned since the previous occuptents left. We tried calling the Good Night Apar**ents phone number but the offices were closed. So we had no choice to stay in the unclean apar**ent. We tried calling Good Night Apar**ents again in the morning to complain but the offices were closed. So we returned the single key for apar**ent 4 & continued with our holiday. Good Night Apar**ents rang us later that day asking where the Key was, we explained that it had been returned and raised the issue of the dirty apar**ent. After much back and forth it turned out that the had given us the wrong key, we should have had apar**ent 2 not 4. The member of staff apologized and offered to refund the cost of the apar**ent. Things only got worse from this point onwards.. Good Night Apar**ents then rang us again asking for the return of the key for apar**ent 2. We explained (again) that we'd only ever had one key. They insisted that we've been given both keys, one for the cleaned apar**ent 2 and one for the dirty apar**ent 4 and had chosen to stay in 4. We were threatened with the police and also charges for the missing key. We then had an email from them saying they'd found the missing key and they they would proceed with the refund. The next day we checked our bank to find Good Night Apar**ents had taken £1900 from us and it took multiple phone calls, emails and a complaint via *********** to get them to agree to refund this £1900 which still took days to get back to our account. The staff at Good Night Apar**ents were extremely rude and unhelpful and have lied directly to us saying that we'd accessed apar**ent 2. It was a nigh**are start to our holiday. As such avoid this place like the plague!
