Very clean, warm and cosy place. The sink on the outside was a new thing, but no problem. Staff were super helpful. 10-12 min walking distance for 2 stations. We took only one train to the airport.

Good location. Easy to get everywhere by public transportation. I stay here quite often. This time the room was a bit smelly

This hotel was a great value. It’s in a fairly quiet neighborhood about five minutes walk to the nearest metro and only four stops from Alexanderplatz on U8 and one stop from the train to get to the airport. There were many nice small kebab shops and coffeehouses nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. I would certainly stay here again.

Customer service was good , they were very accommodating. The breakfast was good and variable. They let us check in earlier eventhough their service was down. Overall we had very good experience.

The room facilities are very very old. The building at the door is under renovation. It looks like a broken residential building. The smell of renovation drifts in when you open the window. The surrounding environment is also very ordinary. It can't really be called a garden hotel.

Hotel located not far from a train station, in a non-touristy area. Visiting my sister who is in a retirement home near this hotel, I appreciated this convenience. Very clean, quiet hotel. The rooms are large and pleasant. However, breakfast seemed expensive.
