Ulasan Novotel Suites Berlin City Potsdamer Platz

Pengalaman akomodasi yang sangat buruk. Staf meja depan sangat tidak ramah. Kamar mandi di kamar bau pesing yang menyengat, dan masih berbau sangat tidak enak bahkan setelah saya membersihkannya. Pipa air bocor berlubang dan bunyi detaknya mempengaruhi tidur saya, telepon rusak dan tidak dapat digunakan. Ketika saya bertanya kepada staf meja depan apakah saya bisa pindah ke kamar lain, dia hanya mengatakan dia menyesal dan tidak bisa memberikan bantuan apa pun.Ketika dia menyebutkan situasi di kamar, orang lain tersenyum dan mengatakan itu sangat disayangkan dan dia tidak bisa memberikan bantuan apa pun. Karena banyak fasilitas yang rusak dan bau pesing di kamar sangat menyengat, saya harus mencari hotel terdekat untuk sementara. Dengan bantuan trip.com, saya bisa mendapatkan refund untuk hari-hari berikutnya, tetapi saya dikenakan biaya 7.000 dan 3.500 di hari pertama dan kedua, respon yang saya dapatkan adalah tarif kamar floating, tidak bisa diterima karena mengeluarkan uang 10.500 untuk menginap di kamar yang fasilitas dan kebersihannya dipertanyakan. 

Kami menyukai segalanya. Tempat tidurnya bersih dan dibuat dengan sempurna. Kamarnya kompak dan ada segalanya (hanya saja cangkir dan piring kecilnya tidak cukup. Kamarnya untuk 4 orang, tapi ada 2 cangkir). Sarapannya enak, banyak pilihan dari jam 6:30-10:00. Check out sebelum jam 12:00 sangat menyenangkan. Ruangan itu dekat dengan lift, tetapi kami tidak mendengar suara apa pun.

My stay at this hotel was not good. Many problems happened, and staff did not help properly. We arrived early at 11 AM. Staff told us to wait until 3 PM for check-in. We waited, but at 3 PM, room still not ready. When we asked, they said, “We check with housekeeping,” but nobody came back for 15 minutes. We asked again, then they gave us a room. But air conditioning in room was broken and toilet was not cleaned. We had to ask for another room again. Very tiring. The new room was okay, but this wasted our time. After all waiting, we felt unhappy. At checkout time, there was more confusion. I already asked for late checkout and they approved. But at the day, staff forgot. They said I must leave early. Housekeeping people kept knocking on door many times, telling us to “go to reception and confirm.” But reception already approved before! Why ask again? It felt stressful. I’m

The hotel reception area seemed busy and crowded but the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Great location within walking distance to top tourist attractions such as Checkpoints Charlie, Topography of Terror. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by the hotel. The mall of Berlin is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. Good public transport link outside the hotel metro station and bus stops. The room is modern and spacious which is fitted for us a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The toilet and bathroom are separated saved us time queuing for toilet / shower. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower cube👍 but there was a lack of body lotion in the bottle that supplied by the hotel. Half of time we were not sure if the air conditioning was working! Overall we enjoyed our time in our stay.

The breakfast was good however the room description was not corresponding to the real room condition. I booked a room with three separate beds and I received a room only with two, when I asked the receptionist he said that they don’t have a room with three beds available

My stay at this hotel was great. It was clean and comfortable to sleep in. It is near shops, the Christmas market, and public transport. 10/10

The cleanliness in the room is poor. The cups are dirty with a lot of stains. The toilet smells horrible, smells like a public toilet in Europe.

It was very comfortable stay at this hotel. Location is quite good, near to many restaurants, grossery stores. Rooms are spacious. I noticed some annoying alarm sound in the room which I reported to reception and they said they will look into it. It was mild sound.

Perfect stay in a big space with perfect location - bed was a bit on the soft side tho, but no complaints as this is based on personal preference. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The location is good too because it is next to a metro station.

They allowed us for very early check-in.

住的3人房，比想像中大很多，房間有微波爐和飲水機，廁所跟浴室是分開的，這個設計十分方便。酒店提供rituals的沐浴用品，味道十分不錯，唯一的缺點是浴室門有一條明顯的縫隙，在外面是能看到裡面的。整體來說蠻不錯的。

房間乾淨整潔，有陽光的日子陽光可以滿屋子。交通特別方便下樓走20米就是地鐵公交！前台有位亞裔面孔的小姐姐親切温和，非常的友好！小廚房能做點簡單的三明治挺不錯👍
