Ulasan Hotel Okura Niigata

Hotel is a convenient walk from the nearest bus stop, and it provides a comfortable feeling within the hotels itself. The buffet was delicious, and they feature daily changes on the rice to give an insight on the type of rice you can get from which part of their prefecture. Hotel service was great, and the comfortable night gown was a perfect touch as you wear it to call it a day when you sleep. Only thing is that there was no laudry facility in the hotel, but it was, in general a great experience.

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the JR Niigata Train Station and Niigata Airport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had. Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to local attractions, and offers a beautiful view of the Shinano River, which adds a touch of tranquility to the stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the traditional touches in the room, giving it a refined Japanese atmosphere.

An excellent stay. The staff were so polite (even more so than I was expecting), and the room was spotless. It’s a little far from the station, but easily accessible by bus. You can’t miss it as you’re crossing Bandai Bridge.

託新潟的福，竟然也能用400不到的價格住上含早餐的大倉了！ 最便宜的單人間，設施的確舊了，但依然乾淨。一個人住了一晚，第二天一早趕新幹線，6點半準時吃早飯，不算品種很多，但樣樣精緻妥帖，贊👍

部屋は清潔でタオルがふわふわしていて良かったです。駅から少し離れていますが川沿いの桜と万代橋のチューリップが綺麗で散歩をするのに最適でした。ホテルスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で快適に過ごすことができました。楽しい思い出が作れました。ありがとうございました。

不愧是大倉，永遠不會讓人失望。服務、環境、餐食自然沒得説，位置也是超級好，就在萬代橋邊、新，濃川邊上。離新潟站也不遠，如果腳力好，走路15分鐘。當然酒店門前就是公交站，很方便的説

房間可以看到河景、新潟最好的位置！古町和新潟站都在步行範圍內、早餐也是超級美味可口，市中心老牌酒店。

大倉地理位置不是最優，離車站有點距離，但就在萬代橋旁，view不錯。大倉最棒的地方就是早餐，有現做的omelet，新潟的米飯，種類豐富。雙床房的大小還可以。

超級棒，大堂的實習生姐姐非常nice，除了房間有點小其他都是滿分。很乾凈安靜舒服，交通方便。

設施比較舊，早餐一般，可以不帶。服務很好。離機場打車3000日元，如果有三個人以上可以直接打車。離車站起步費的距離。天氣好走到伊勢丹10分鐘。

朝食はさすがにオークラさん 充実していて満足度が高いです。 チェックアウトも11時だったのでゆっくりできました ただツインの部屋を利用したのですが壁が薄いのかトイレの音が良く聞こえます。 夫婦だったからいいですがカップルは気になると思います

特に問題無くゆっくり過ごさせて頂きありがとうございました。 ネームバリューが邪魔するのか、実際の接客や対応に違和感を感じるのは何故でしょう？ もっと力を抜いた自然体であって欲しいと思いました。 大都市圏と同じ基準で無く、その地方都市に合った暖かなオークラの対応で良いのではと感じました。

いつも駅前のホテルでしたが、駐車場探しが大変だったので今回はオークラさんに泊まりました。 駅前の便利さはありませんが、古町まで歩いて飲食店を探すのも良かったです。 何より丁寧な接客、アメニティがちょっと良い、内装がちょっと豪華で日常よりちょっと豪華な体験ができました。 朝食のビュッフェが良かったです。 おかずも取りやすく、スカスカ、無くなってしまうという事も無かったです
