Ulasan Hotel Okura Niigata

Hotel is a convenient walk from the nearest bus stop, and it provides a comfortable feeling within the hotels itself. The buffet was delicious, and they feature daily changes on the rice to give an insight on the type of rice you can get from which part of their prefecture. Hotel service was great, and the comfortable night gown was a perfect touch as you wear it to call it a day when you sleep. Only thing is that there was no laudry facility in the hotel, but it was, in general a great experience.

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the JR Niigata Train Station and Niigata Airport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had. Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to local attractions, and offers a beautiful view of the Shinano River, which adds a touch of tranquility to the stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the traditional touches in the room, giving it a refined Japanese atmosphere.

An excellent stay. The staff were so polite (even more so than I was expecting), and the room was spotless. It’s a little far from the station, but easily accessible by bus. You can’t miss it as you’re crossing Bandai Bridge.

ビジネスで新潟に訪れたのですが、折角なので良いホテルに泊まろうとこちらにしました。 ホテルマンの行き届いたサービスにサードプレイスとして大変満足しました。 朝食も種類が豊富で、彩りも豊か。地の物を楽しむ事ができて美味しく頂きました。 シェフがオムレツを目の前で手際よく調理頂いたのも大変興味深かった。 2種類のお米食べ比べも楽しめました。 部屋は歴史を感じる落ち着いた雰囲気で、隣の音が聞こえる様な壁の薄さもなく、良かったです。 １つだけ、、難しいかも知れませんが改善出来ればもっと良く思えたのは部屋の窓の外側の汚れです。 窓を拭くのが難しい場所だと思いますが素敵な景色を更に楽しめるかと思いました。 また新潟に伺う際は利用します。

大倉地理位置不是最優，離車站有點距離，但就在萬代橋旁，view不錯。大倉最棒的地方就是早餐，有現做的omelet，新潟的米飯，種類豐富。雙床房的大小還可以。

超級棒，大堂的實習生姐姐非常nice，除了房間有點小其他都是滿分。很乾凈安靜舒服，交通方便。

設施比較舊，早餐一般，可以不帶。服務很好。離機場打車3000日元，如果有三個人以上可以直接打車。離車站起步費的距離。天氣好走到伊勢丹10分鐘。

半年內第二次入住新潟大倉酒店，信濃河畔套房景色一流

スタッフが皆素晴らしい。フレンドリーでありながらもとても丁寧。朝食も美味しい。色んな品種のお米のご飯が揃っていて、食べ比べもできる。和食だけでなく、洋食も充実。フレンチトーストもとてもおいしかった。 そのほかにも館内レストラン等も充実している。 リーズナブルに泊まれるし信濃川のほとりで眺めもよく、とてもおすすめ。

急遽、当日予約して、子供（ほぼ大人）と3人で、デラックスツインルーム（追加寝具）の部屋に泊まりました。追加寝具も通常サイズで問題なし。ベットを追加しても部屋は狭く感じませんでした。スタッフの方々は、落ち着いた雰囲気で気遣いが行き届いていて、気持ち良く泊まることができました。部屋からの信濃川の眺めも最高、周りの音も気にならず、ゆっくり眠れました。翌朝の朝食は、種類も豊富で全て美味しかった！お米の食べ比べもあり、新潟ならではを満喫出来ました。

新潟大倉飯店算是當地老牌酒店，雖然內𥚃擺設裝修懷舊一點，但是很方便！過一條號之後再行幾分鐘各大百貨公司伊勢丹都在附近！ 本來以為很落後，但是這裏購買的東西應有盡有，唯一得是他的觀光點很遠我們揸車的時候經過其中之一個景點寺泊中央水產，如果你懷着很大期望在這裏吃到很新鮮的水產的話，可能你會有點失望！我們一致都認為，除非你會有經過，否則這個景點可以不去！反而我們下一個目的地比較近東京也是屬於新潟縣的越後湯沢！反而很有驚喜，無論是酒店還是觀光地！

親切丁寧居心地良しです。古さは否めませんがイコールダメではなく故に有難い何かがあります。趣味もあり県内県外と値段が安い時を狙い様々なホテルを利用していますが個人的には新潟ではサービス、立地、食事、景観、スタッフと全て安定のトップレベルです。昔の活気が懐かしい気もしますが細く長くずっとそこにあってほしいと願います。

ホテルは古さを感じるが、清潔感があり 宿泊するには問題無いです。朝食は品数は多く無いが 郷土料理があり美味しいです。 寒波の時にフロントで近くのコンビニを訪ねたら 近くにあると言われ行きましたが、23時に閉店しており、夜遅くに閉店する店舗ってわかっていたのなら 宿泊客に閉まってると言わないといけない。 雪が積もり人命にかかわる事と認識したほうが良い。 結局一晩中ドリンク無しで過ごしました。
