Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz

酒店地理位置非常非常好，到哪都方便。酒店的設施也非常現代化，傢俱的設計很有新意。總之，雖然説是motel，但是和美國的motel完全不一樣，對標國內的亞朵。

Overall pretty decent but here was one issue that was really annoying. For some reason the water temperature in the shower fluctuates by *a lot*. I set the shower to a comfortable temperature and then without touching anything it would quickly switch between too cold and too hot. I would really like to see this addressed because not being able to comfortably shower negates one of the main purposes of a hotel.

Really good. Hotel room super nice with lots of space. Would have been nice to have a bar fridge in the room. Staff wonderful and friendly. Rooms Modern and super clean. Hotel breakfast a bit expensive but delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed, would recommend. Well connected and central.

Our experience was mixed and overall improved after we asked for a room change. We stayed four nights. Although I booked an upgraded room with a king bed, we were put into a standard room with a queen bed. What's worse is that room 18016 (18th floor, room 16) was right next to a slamming door AND a service room where staff cleaned up after the lounge closed at 1:00 am on some nights and 2:00 am on other night. There was way too much noise, from 1:00–3:00 am. Just as an aside, the walls, carpet, and ceiling around the 18th floor lounge was also painted black, which made it feel like we were staying in an industrial basement. It was depressing. After two nights of this, we went to the front desk and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. They moved us to the 16th floor and into a room that matched the description of what I had reserved (upgraded with a king bed). We were also at the end of a brightly-lit, lightly painted hallway, so it was bright and cheery and QUIET! We also paid for breakfast. This experience started out somewhat bad and ended positively. The hotel is really popular for people on weekend getaways, so the breakfast area was literally overrun with hoards of people. Once Monday and Tuesday came along, the breakfast area was much more pleasant. If you're visiting Berlin, I recommend a mid-week stay to avoid the weekend crowds at the hotel. Museums are also closed on Mondays, so a mid-week visit is better.

The property was great but unfortunately they treat to ******* guests terrible. I was checking in with a friend that made the reservation directly from the hotel and they gave him a bottle of water but refused to give me as well with the claim that they do noit give anything to ******* guests. The same thing happaned when we have asked for late check out. He got it but they refused to give me as well and said that next time I should make the reservation through the hotel and not through *******.

Great staff with clean comfortable room. The room was clean, modern and with a great view of the Alexanderplatz. The room is a bit like a bento box - the room size is a wee bit small but worked well for this solo traveler. Great location for seeing all the well known tourist sites, restaurant options and a nearby grocery store.

Hey I’m surprised by the smart rooms even though small but felt so cozy. And everything is reachable in few minutes (station) and all malls, sightseeing stuff etc. Definitely staying here if I come to Berlin again. After a long euro trip this was very cozy.

Perfect location on Alexanderplatz, with U-bahn, S-bahn and trams next door, and the tv-tower right outside the window. The room was relatively small but modern. It had all the basics, but no fridge, no desk and no coffee. The breakfast was at extra cost. It was good but had only cold items. I would happily come back here.
