One of the best hotel for family to stay. Good location with few popular attention nearby. And the facilities inside the hotel was amazing. Overall experience excellent. Will definitely come again next time.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! After arriving at the hotel, we paid a little extra to upgrade to a 46-square-meter sea view room, which is quite luxurious in Japan. The entire hotel is very large, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. It can be said that if the whole family travels, they can spend a whole day in it. We booked the Sora-kan, and the Sora-yu on the top floor is quite comfortable and not crowded. The hotel's buffet is very rich, and the amusement center is also very interesting. I thought the light show might be a bit rustic, but I didn't expect it to be a surprise. It's simply a low-end Disney 😀. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Beppu!

The room is big and has a nice sea view. It is suitable for staying with children. However, the buffet is not as good as expected. There is almost no difference in the buffet for two days. It would be better if the price was cheaper.

The hot spring resort in Beppu is 10 minutes away from the hotel by shuttle bus. It is divided into three buildings, the Niji Building, the Zou Building and the Hoshi Building. The Niji Building has the best value for money, and the Hoshi Building is the newest. It is comfortable to stay and have fun, and it is worth checking in twice.

The duplex room of Hongguan can accommodate four people, which is more suitable for family vacation. There is a light show in the hot spring swimming pool at night. Dinner and breakfast are buffets. Dinner is more or less Western style, and there are three kinds of sashimi.

The facilities are very complete, and you can spend a long time just in the hotel. Especially the view of the hot spring is amazing. The rooms in the Zhoukan are very new, and there are many choices for the buffet. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

Unfortunately, when I went there, the Game Center was under renovation. The quadruple room is spacious. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with many choices.

And there are too many people, the buffet restaurant is really messy, and the taste is average, the old meat stuck in my teeth made my teeth ache for a day. It is also inconvenient to choose a room when booking. There are 20 or 30 types of rooms for people to choose, and they are all machine translated. Overall, it's just so-so.

The negative reviews of this hotel mainly come from the agency. I booked a sea view room in the Zhou Building with breakfast and dinner. There is a large and new buffet restaurant under the Zhou Building elevator. As a result, the agency booked the old buffet restaurant in Figure 3. You have to go through the connecting passage from the Zhou Building, only to find that the escalator in this hotel is one-sided, only going up and not down, and there is no straight elevator next to it. Is this a new staircase? Too bad, what should the elderly and those pushing children do? The environment of the buffet restaurant in Figure 3 is old, the food quality is poor, and the staff is noisy. It was a gathering of junior high school students, and I found that the Japanese in low-end places are also very noisy. I ate a steak and felt uncomfortable and burped in the stomach for a night. It is difficult to digest. Suginoi has three buildings, the middle building is too old, the new part of the room in the Hong Building has a sea view, but the lobby is small, there is no sea view and no restaurant, the lobby of the Zhou Building is large, there is a sea view, there is a buffet restaurant, half of the room has a sea view and half has a road view. Compared with the other two buildings, it is the newest and best, but the hotel as a whole has nothing to do with exquisite taste. Many places are messy and rough, with fake trees and flowers. There are open-air swimming pools, ocean worlds, and open-air hot springs, but they are too old and there are too many people, so you just take a look and say goodbye. This hotel is OK for self-ordering with children, but I don't recommend the sea view at all. It's really unpleasant to eat two refugee meals. The difference between these two buffet restaurants is only more than 100 yuan. It's really disgusting to make such a bad experience for customers to make such a small amount of money. Compared with similar hotels of the same price in Izu Kogen Kamenoi Hotel, Suginoi is too low-end and I will never stay there again.

The hotel has a special car to pick up at Beppu Station. It is not expensive to take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel has a rich variety of meals.

Overall it was good, but the dinner was not as good as expected.
