Ulasan Sleep Inn & Suites

Nice place to stay for a night, the beds were ok and the shower was great. They had breakfast in a bag you could grab on your way out. Not as good as a hot breakfast but ok.

Terrible experience. First of all our room and the hallway on the second and third floor (I had to go to the third floor for ice) reeked of tobacco smoke. The carpet in the hall was dirty and the metal plate on the outside of the elevator was also filthy. We couldn’t wait to leave. I feel like asking for my money back! This was bad beyond words. After we had checked out, we went to church and got into a conversation about our trip. He asked where we were staying and he said “ you stayed at the horrible Sleep Inn!”

Once you walk through the front door all you smell is cigarettes. The room smelled even worse.

整體不錯，接待人員態度有善，停車方便，房間不大，典型美式早餐。電梯舊，沙發舊與看起來有些臟，窗户不能打開無法通風。

The property is worn down and none of the machines worked and the elevator was out. There was candy on the floor in the hallway from kids during my 2 stay there they didn't bother to pick up. Staff is nice but the place is kinda so so cleanliness and it's not as nice as photos unfortunately.

Detoxed the room a lil bit better and hallways smelled like straight period blood mixed with cigarettes smell

The hotel halls were dirty and there was a leak from the ceiling in the main hallway. The elevator was broken. The rooms smelled bad - were supposed to be smoke free, but was a hint of smoke. My friend's room had dirty dental floss in their bathroom upon arrival. The hotel needs lots of TLC.

I always stay at Sleep Inn in Bensalem as it is a great place to stay at. The staff is amazing and my room is always clean. I would not stay anywhere else

Clean, comfortable, furnishings somewhat old. No microwave in the room, only refrigerator. Good breakfast.

Area is fine, room had ants, toilet not working, tub had rust and dripping faucet bad, carpets in place dirt and ripped, and hallways too. Door being help open by garbage bag, and elevator sounds like it is on its last leg. I would never go back to that choice location hotel: very disappointed with quality:

Check in was pleasent, front desk gentleman was very nice. Room was clean, carpets in bad shape and our door barely shut in our room. Had a gap at the bottom large enough to see through. For the price, no real complaints.
