Ulasan Sleep Inn & Suites

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly team member who swiftly checked us in and provided directions to our room. Once in our room, we found it very clean and well-organized, with a soft and comfortable king-sized bed. The cleaning staff ensured that we had clean sheets and towels, and they removed the trash every morning during our five-night stay. It was unclear to us how the complimentary breakfast worked. Nonetheless, the area had many great places to enjoy a good meal.

Nice place to stay for a night, the beds were ok and the shower was great. They had breakfast in a bag you could grab on your way out. Not as good as a hot breakfast but ok.

Terrible experience. First of all our room and the hallway on the second and third floor (I had to go to the third floor for ice) reeked of tobacco smoke. The carpet in the hall was dirty and the metal plate on the outside of the elevator was also filthy. We couldn’t wait to leave. I feel like asking for my money back! This was bad beyond words. After we had checked out, we went to church and got into a conversation about our trip. He asked where we were staying and he said “ you stayed at the horrible Sleep Inn!”

Overall it's good, the reception staff is kind, parking is convenient, the room is not big, and the breakfast is typical American style. The elevator is old, the sofa is old and looks a little dirty, and the windows cannot be opened for ventilation.
