I arrived last Thursday, on arrival I found my phone was lost or stolen. This hotel helped in every way. Nothing seems to be a problem for them. Fantastic room, cleaned every day. Food brilliant. Great bar staff & reception. Nice position for a stroll & bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Ok... It was a pain being dropped off at the bottom of the hill and told that the hotel was "up there", but I am not fit by any means and still have issues from a stroke a couple of years ago and managed it fine with my suitcase and bag. Check in was easy, no queues they just want to copy your passport and get your details. The room was very nice with a balcony facing a side street and other distant-ish hotels. The bathroom was perfect for me with a bath / shower. One thing you do notice is there are so many cleaning staff. Everywhere you go you see a continuous cleaning effort - even in January! The bar staff are attentive and are especially pleased if you try a bit of Spanish and smile. The restaurant was fantastic! Yes, get there early, but the food was fabulous! Especially on the Monday I arrived when they had superb langoustines! There was always plenty of choice too. It was my birthday while I was there and they were kind enough to bring a bottle of fizz and some cakes to my room which was a lovely touch. Entertainment was great too. Always something seemed to be going on if you were in the bar and in the evening there were a lot of quizzes, card games and lots of prizes up for grabs. Would definitely return!

Most of the time I was there the hotel was nice, staff friendly and food was good but not kept very warm, the problem was the last night when there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling and I came back to find the floor covered in water, I went to report it to reception and was told by the receptionist who said her name was lilly it was too late for them to do anything about it, and put on her coat and went home, it seems to this company that problems only occur during the day, one person is all it needs to run a hotel at night

Return trip for a quick 4-night break. We asked for and were allocated a pool view room we preferred this room to our previous room due to getting the winter sun. We like this small hotel, location is great just up a small incline in area surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Found the food to be good standard again with plenty of choice, my only gripe would be on Sunday there was some roast beef and Yorkshire puddings but very little vegetables. We were booked in all-inclusive, the wife liked the baileys type drink on offer. The all-inc. are Spanish spirits which are a little weaker than the premium brands but who cares if its all-inc, not me. Staff very friendly, the room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. Heating was by air conditioning it took 10 minutes to warm the room up. Shower, always hot water. Would definitely stay again.

I can for the first time with friends . We had a great time here . The staff were 10/10 . My first night the hairdryer broke and with in an hour they had replaced it ... women with long hair will appreciate that I did . The maids were so nice friendly snd honest . The food was great loads to choose from . The pool areas are good . Loads of sunbeds so no running for beds . Only down fall there wasn't a fridge in the room .

The hotel was a good place to stay and me and my friends had a great time. The food was alright but was only warm not hot. The entertainment was funny and my buddy liked the karaoke We had a few games of of pool over lunch and Andrea was very entertaining ☺️

I cannot fault this hotel one bit was there with 2 friends on a lads holiday my first time abroad had a good time rooms cleaned daily food was good plenty choices staff were friendly all inclusive drinks were spot on definately be back again hopefully next year

Basic facilities but a lovely hotel which we return to time and again. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff with the staff exception of one barman at the lower pool who despite our best efforts to converse with him in simple Spanish, chose to completely ignore us each time and get obsessed over the pointless tokens (given our green all inclusive bands). This one individual aside. No complaints. Raquel always gives us a wonderful reception and it was great to see Miguel again too. We shall return again.

Lovely clean hotel , staff very friendly and helpful, we stayed all inc and was so worth it , great breakfast variety aswell as lunch and dinner. Up a slight incline but not as bad as other hotels , just a 5 minute walk from all the bars etc , number 10 bus to Altea stops at the end of the street highly recommended. Would return to this hotel every time .x
