La comida no es buena por lo demás muy bien

Bien en general La comida básica pero está buena. La ubicación un poco lejos del centro

La habitación y el baño sin mantenimiento, las puertas y marcos de ventana con humedad e hinchados por agua, soporte del lavabo oxidado, habitación muy básica y antigua, poca luz salvo de la ventana, cortina sucia y rota, se nota que falta mantenimiento y luminaria. El servicio de buffet muy bueno, comida elaborada y casera, libre en todo menos en la bebida que se paga al entrar y los camareros muy atentos para recoger platos y hacer el servicio de limpieza. El gym es solo lo que se ve en la foto, super pequeño y todo con cristal cerrado, una caminadora, una bici, una elíptica y unas pesas máximo 10 kg.

Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. La comida muy buena aunque las bebidas no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua.

The hotel is extremely tired to the extent of the cheap laminate flooring lifting in the hallways,food was absolutely atrocious so ate out.Catering staff extremely rude, entertainment was virtually no existent.Will never return! regardless of cost.Had to eat out as food was awful and hot drinks machine together with toaster just didn't work,this was not helped by very poor staffing levels.

I was so worried about staying here because of the reviews (especially about food) but I can honestly say I found something to eat each breakfast and evening meals. From porridge, fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast. Evening, the cooking station (each night different) you can kindly ask for your burger/steak/pork/chicken to be cooked more (1,2 or 3). Chips every night but also had boiled potatoes and mash some nights. Yes you pay for evening drinks but for a bottle of wine that starts from 5€ and you can leave there each night if you don’t finish it, can’t be bad. Every member of staff I came across was nice, polite and helpful. Even when some visitors were rude and making a scene. All the staff are a credit to this hotel. We used the snack bar a couple of times, just for hotdogs and toasties, which were nice. The entertainment was average but to be honest we asked to watch certain football games to which the bar staff always sorted for us. Every part of the hotel I used was clean and tidy. We even used the shower room in the luggage room as we had a late flight back. Pool was lovely (a bit cold when you first get in). Our room and beds were lovely, we had room 310 at the front of the hotel so sun there in the morning, so if you prefer sun in the evening then the back of the hotel is better. My dad also had a single room that was the same as our double, just no balcony and on the lower floor under reception. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to shops. We are not party animals lol, so the hotel and the area was perfect for us. If I go back to Benidorm I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The hotel was fine. Nice big clean big rooms. The Scottish lady on reception was fantastic very helpful everything I asked she had the correct answer, eg the location of the markets and how to get to Altea (she was outstanding) bedrooms big and spacious nice beds huge balcony (room 102) nice and clean no kettle though. Breakfast good selection to eat including fruits. Evening meal could be better soups were fine, some bad nights never had fried turkey before pink pork and burgers with the usual chips and salad. One bad point you have to pay for water on an evening NOT good keep this in mind. Snack bar never ate there but very friendly staff. Pool never spent time there. Entertainment was ok mainly music. 5 minute walk through the park to the old park which cuts out a bank. Proper supermarket close so no need to get robbed off the smaller ones. Conclusion decent hotel, food passable, bar good friendly staff. And may return. Good points the Scottish lady on reception. Bad points paying for drinks with evening meal.

Poor - 1st 1 star I’ve given. I arrived as did another 12-15 guests for 1 receptionist to check in then took an exceptionally long time. I was issued the ground floor and placed into a poor standard of room - you are right next to the street and in the room I was issued was the front door - absolutely no privacy. Food was of a poor standard, and the room cleanliness was to a poor standard. I left after 1 night as booked somewhere else. This hotel is a 3 star - very generous in my view.

Stayed here before and it was good but this time I’m disappointed with drinks 11 euro for 2 very small measures of Malibu similar to UK size and small lemonade I complained about it they said that was right this has now put be off so won’t stay again
