Nice place, breakfast was good but they had us waited 45 mins before serving us. Not much amenities. A good getaway from the hustle and bustle of Manila.

I love how accommodating are the staff. Their location is quite accessible on some restaurants. It’s really a great place to stay!

Service crew was very accommodating. Requests to change pillows, provide floor towels and other room service requests have been fulfilled promptly. Breakfast food was filling and satisfying. The only major drawback to this trip was the cleanliness. We had to request a couple of pillows to be changed because they were blood stained. Same with the inner bedsheet. The eating table was not cleaned properly and for the most part, the room needed to be dusted/cleaned properly. The shower drained very slowly and the water was not warm enough. The place should be polished to restore its old glory because right now it is looking a bit outdated due to lack of maintenance in my opinion. Otherwise, the whole property was scenic and serene.

Very relaxing place. Very good breakfast buffet. Spacious room, we got the Double Studio. Room has a small kitchen with gas range and rice cooker. Would love to stay here again!

Location is beautiful and peaceful. Beds are loud and if you have the 2 bedroom suite, the room next to the bathroom will hear everything. Staff are attentive and helpful in giving suggestions.

We had the best time. The view was perfect and the room was well sanitized.. we just encountered a problem with the wifi and aircon but the engineering department solved it even during the evening.. Thank You so much!!!

We had an awesome experience at Crosswind Tagaytay. Our room is very spacious. The Staffs are very accommodating.

We had an amazing experience at Crosswinds Tagaytay. we stayed at One Bedroom Deluxe and their rooms are very spacious and clean. if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place I would recommend Crosswinds hotel , you can only hear the birds chirping all day. staffs are very accommodating. exceeds our expectation! plus the wifi is fast! Nice place cool ambiance its a quiet place, nice nature. If you are looking for fascinating nature and tranquil place this hotel is perfect, the hotel staff are accomodating, the room where we stayed was nice and chillin', the amenities was good and also their breakfast thou limited choices but yet 'twas tasty😋.Keep it up!👍

Great location and morning walk. Just a little improvement with the customer service because we experience problem booking with 3rd party site even though we received confirmation thru email. They want us to rebook and go home without offering us room and let ourselves communicate with the 3rd party even though the issue is between the hotel and the the 3rd party booking partner.

The room is great and clean with a great smell even when i enter the room. The bed is soft to sleep. The reetaurants near by is good, we went and eat at Yama and really tasted good that is also really the breakfast they offer. We ate during the weekend that offer a buffet and a meal menu on Monday.

ample space - however, the convenience of a hotel bell service/porter is not available. we had to carry and push the trolley. the security guard at the bldg lobby was not helpful at all checking in and finding the reception area to the entire property was difficult- we had to ask around 3 guards. the pool area was far. u need a car to go around that having to wait for the free shuttle which runs on a schedule. the Windmill restaurant was blah and there was hair on my iced americano. gross! know that the resort check in is at the andersen bakery bldg. the only consolation was a nice front desk staff, Em, who granted our request for late check out
