Azaya Beach Resort Goa

Resort situated in nice place with good ,polite hotel staff You will get plenty if space where you can click pics for your social media.

There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day. Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine. Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in ***aging and handling the client requests and situation. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa trip.

Amazing experience at Azaya,property is very nice and specifically chef Sam make sure we got the customized menu as per our choice , he made sure everything is in order as per our de***d and food was delicious Jordan and other staff was also very courteous

An exquisite property in South Goa with immense amenities and luxuries. We took a pool suite which gave us our privacy and simply amplified the serene silent south Goa experience for us. No trip is made wonderful unless you have hosts who put in their souls for trip to be successful. Shifa was there to greet us and handle all our issues. A very pleasant and helpful hu*** being. She also suggested things to check out and enjoy in Goa. Sachin, who works in the restaurant bar was the star of the show. Not just that, when we connected and I needed some help, he was more than kind to go out of his way to help us after his job timings! Azaya is a lucky workplace to be where every employee feels empowered to represent the hotel/resort as their one stop representative. Needless to say grand property, direct access to the beach, great shack and restaurants. And don’t miss the sunset if you’re here.

Azaya is the best resort I have ever stayed …a**osphere and greenery maintained is beyond words …. Homely feel environment… eco system around is well taken care of …staffs are at the best and always soft spoken…quick respond and the service when called … stay and room was out of the world…..food and ambiance excellent… will be visiting again very soon … *****star ratings

We booked the XL pool room and it was very clean and well maintained. Indrajit ensured that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Indrajit and his team were on what’s app to ensure that everything was well taken care of. We were very happy with our stay and the warm welcome from Indrajit. The spa was also very relaxing. We had the most amazing time at Azaya for our quick family get away to Goa. We are a family of 5, with 3 of our kids under 6. We were in Goa for 4 days and kicked off the holiday by spending 2 days here before moving to the North. Honestly, Azaya was so good that we were contemplating cancelling our booking in the next 5 star and we could have easily extended our stay at this resort. Let me break down the best things about this place. First of all, the location. Forget beach front. The beach starts inside the resort to greet you! Beats any resort we’ve stayed in Goa so far. The sand quality was so pure and fine, the beach is clean with very few people it almost felt like a private beach at times! No crowd whatsoever! Water is calm early morning perfect for that morning beach walk/jog. Second thing we loved was the breakfast! Apart from the ready spread, the menu of dishes they prepare upon order was amaaazing! Smoked salmon salad, avocado toast, truffle labneh scrambled eggs, Goan chorizo paos….quality of everything was superb. Service was first class! We were attended to mainly by Atul during breakfast and he lit up our mornings with his smile and fantastic service. By our second day there, he could make out our kids needs and standard breakfast preferences before we even asked for it. Thirdly, the overall charm of Azaya - the nicely kept library/ kids playroom/ clubhouse, the spacious rooms, and the awesome concept of the outdoor bathtub. Loved everything about our stay!
