The whole experience was disappointing. Started with over the phone check-in. No physical attendance at the hotel at all during the stay. Got to tge room. This was classed as a room with kitchenette. 2 teaspoons were all that was supplied for eating Two small bread plates and cereal bowls, 2 cups and saucers. I went to the pool and it had not been cleaned. The gardens were unkempt. Lawns not mowed. Very disappointing stay.

Definitely on my list for another stay. Pool and surrounds were immaculate. Room was too. Quiet, magnificent bathroom, good bed, and good value. Staff were fantastic. Helped me out with a problem with the lights, everything resolved immediately.

We did have a couple of issues initially, however, after speaking with the onsite manager, they were attended to immediately. Highly recommend as a great o'nite stop when doing long trips in a short timeframe.

We stayed overnight at the motel on the way back to Melbourne from Canberra. The accommodation ticked all the boxes , apart from the bed being a bit hard. The breakfast offering was excellent and food was hot when it arrived to the room. A good place to stay

Service was fine, except for one small detail which would have made the initial entry easier... being told how to turn on the electricity!! Its very hard to read how to do so in the dark! Being told that you place the key tag in the slot would have been good!
The bed was comfortable, no extra heating was required. The room was warm enough for me without extra heating even though the night I stayed was very cold and wet outside. The room was quiet as the curtains were thick enough to block out any traffic noise.
There were adequate in-room eating facilities including a kettle and microwave and eating utensils.
The motel is a short walk from the main part of town and shopping/eating facilities.
The showering facilities were clean and hot water came through quickly which I really appreciated having come in rather bedraggled;) :)
The wifi was adequate for my use.
I enjoyed my short stay here and thought I got reasonable value for money and will probably stay here again.
