It was amazing staff and service

This was a very last minute trip. I didn't get into the hotel until almost 11:00, but check in was easy. Considering the hour they were fairly busy, but it was fine. The single best part of this was the $10.00 breakfast option. Not because the food was excellent, it was a hotel breakfast. It was really good and the server who was also the cook, made every order as you were seated. Chef José was the most joyful and encouraging person I've come across in business travels in a long time. He single handedly made my day better after fighting with the airlines for 45 minutes in my room trying to sort out an error. I would hire this gentleman if I owned any food related business in Orlando! This was my first time using Trip.com for a reservation, and I will use them again!

Came to take care of personal affairs and visit my family and friends while in town

The room is very spacious, able to accommodate three people comfortably. Plus the room is clean. There is also a common laundry room. The staff were very kind.

The location is 30 minutes from the airport, there is an outlet right in front, and breakfast was poor. The building is good.

The air conditioner is very noisy. It is close to the airport.

The sink drains a little slowly. Everything else is OK. It's more convenient to use Uber to order food nearby. This hotel is more suitable for a short stay.

I used this hotel for a connecting flight after an early morning flight, and it was very conveniently located as it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle bus service. The staff were polite and prompt, and the hotel had great facilities, so I would recommend it and would definitely use it again.

The hotel is OK! The room is big

The health condition is good, the decoration style is modern, and it is on par with domestic express hotels. However, the service is definitely incomparable with domestic ones. It is an optional transit station for going to the airport.
