Ulasan Central Point hotel

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

Cleanliness, decent rooms. Good breakfast. Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted.

Need to improve room service, as a 4* hotel we always expect a hot water cattle, complementary some tea/coffee in the room, at least a water bottle but these service was absent.

Good location, nice hotel, good breakfasts, welcoming as everything in Serbia. Will come back

Very clean, good environment, wooden texture, great service, long-legged handsome men and beautiful women, fluent in English, new facilities, safe. Highly recommended. Excellent location, many buses nearby.

Very satisfied, the front desk staff was very considerate and arranged accommodation for me in advance. I was not familiar with it at first and thought that this hotel was a bit remote, but later I found out that the location was OK, not far from the square and the church, and within walking distance.

There is a fee for parking, 15 euros per night One at the front desk has a good service attitude, and one has a very bad service attitude.

It is relatively close to the parliament building. The hotel has complete facilities and the glass sound insulation effect is good. Although it faces the road, there is no sound at all.

The location is very good and the front desk staff are polite. The accommodation facilities are good. Overall, it is a very good hotel that I can stay at again. Breakfast was impressive

The hotel is in a good location, the room is very clean, and it is adjacent to multiple bus stops. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The airport pick-up service provided is reasonably priced and the breakfast is rich.

It was too loud in this room and I heard everything from the busy street through the window. Service was good until a strong woman came out of the kitchen and she was a bit out of sorts. The breakfast buffet was very modest and almost all of it was ready-made food with no taste.
