Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean and tidy rooms. It is also close to all of the local attractions and restaurants in Belfast city centre. Wether your travelling solo or with a group this hotel offers a fair price for a great experience

A newly refurbished hotel with staff that go above and beyond. All staff created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They were so accommodating with my ND son which makes such a difference for Mum!!!! Thank you. Fabulous breakfast cooked on site lots of choice. We will definitely return.

Manager Kris is an asset to this hotel if it wasn't for him the mistakes that whitebread accessible team made would have been a nightmare for us .great location excellent central hotel.beautiful surroundings spar supermarket nearby.walk around the dock area is a must

Superior room. Recently refurbished room but room cold and draughty. Window seals have not been replaced and room cold with "gale" blowing around window. Hot water takes a long time to warm up. Wifi code needs to be updated daily and signal kept on dropping pff.

Made very welcome as soon as we arrived, informed us about the meal deal which we thought was brill so ordered it. Room was very clean and comfortable. On going for breakfast and dinner food was excellent plenty of choice staff was very friendly would defiantly visit.again

For the first time at a premier inn I had poor night's sleep on both nights due to failed air conditioning. A fan was offered but did not turn up and there was a sharp object sticking through the carpet floor.
