The location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. There are one way systems in place so getting to the venue is a bit tricky but follow Google maps exactly.
Food was ok, I experienced breakfast only.
I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room, the outside seating area and the dining/lobby space which was very disappointing. The lifts needed attention also.
The facilities are limited but functional, the location is good but the cleanliness was unacceptable.

The location is nice and there is an Iceland store in opposite which is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoy our holiday being stay here! If next time I go to Belfast, I will choose it again! It’s really value of money!

We just stayed for one night, but we were welcomed and made fo feel at home.
