I was so glad to discover the beautiful hotel with a family touch and most importantly very caring and attentive stuff, namely Mirgul Sadykova who took care of my family and helped to meet every single wish. This is a unique experience filled with positive impressions! The most beautiful beach and very clean territory, safety above all and most delicious restaurants (Japanese and seafood restaurant).

I was part of an Eight man group of golfers that stayed at the Serenity for a week leaving yesterday. On arrival we were asked if we would like to stay in Garden Villa rooms instead of single rooms in the main building. The majority of us did and thoroughly enjoyed the upgrade. We ate in both the main restaurant The French, Turkish and 24/7 all were excellent quality. Our one and only gripe was that the Indoor Sports centre did not open until 4pm, on our one wet no golf day we would have liked to play snooker and bowl etc. As in previous visits the staff were enthusiastic, polite and cannot do enough to make your stay one that you will remember. Hopefully we will return !!

Returned for my 7th trip to this wonderful resort. Stayed in room 2304. The overall experience is fantastic from the minute you arrive at the front door till the minute you leave. The standards they set themselves are so high that cannot fail to deliver a wonderful experience. All the staff are very friendly and willing to do anything for you. The standard of hygiene is incredible and that is everywhere around the hotel from the rooms, the floors, the toilets, the restaurants, lifts spa, swimming pools and the gardens. The standard of food in the buffet, the French restaurant and Traces were exceptional. The chefs special at Traces is superb. Guest relations ask you for feedback whilst you are there ( Begaiym). I can’t see how anyone could not enjoy a stay at this hotel.

A mixed party of eight golfing friends stayed here for a week in mid November. It was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly staff, lovey rooms and facilities. It was all inclusive with the best food any of us had ever tasted and a great range of beverages. We’ll be back!

This was our first time staying at Gloria Serenity Resort and we’ll definitely be back! The food was unbelievable, we had booked this a little while ago so still had the old concept with the a la carte restaurants, we could visit the French, the Italian, and the Turkish restaurant once for free during our stay and then Estella which is the 24/7 a La carte is free for however many times you like. We did pay twice to eat at the Japanese restaurant and it’s some of the best Japanese food I’ve personally eaten! The housekeeping staff are amazing, every day our rooms were immaculate and towels changed every day. All of the staff could not be more friendly but I’d like to point out a couple who went above and beyond, Fadime our waitress both times at the Japanese restaurant, Cetin the bartender in the Polo Bar and Zeynel our waitor at the Italian. All a massive credit to the hotel. Overall it was such an amazing holiday and I would recommend to everybody!

Hotel and amenities was so clean and hygenic. Foods were so delicious you can enjoy drinks from bars very near to your locations. Employees are well behaved showing that management is doing their job perfectly. It's the right place to have a relaxing and wonderfull holiday.

Once again we return from a wonderful visit to GLORIA SERENITY - it never lets us down! The resort was always beautiful, it’s now another notch up! From our arrival the staff are first class . Tolga and his team are an absolute credit, helping to fulfil every need with a smile Oslam (sp?) restaurant manager is very professional- it’s been lovely seeing him grow into the role . The rooms as usual are perfect .The food is almost beyond belief - the standard , the presentation, the choice- if it’s possible that there’s something missing , ask one of the chefs and they bend over backwards to serve . The Mixologists in the new lounge are ahead of their game! Shenyoo and Urgu and his team go beyond the call of duty to make your visit to the Olivium pool perfect! Yunus is always the same - always there to accommodate and serve . Emmanuel on the Pier will surely be promoted soon! Our own “petit chef” Suat always makes everyone smile with his smile ! GVENTURE - was as extravagant as ever - just love it!! Disappointed the drones had finished ! Love The Sunset party on The Pier. It’s a little controversial at the moment as for the first time there are extra charges for the a la carte restaurants. They mostly are only a minimal amount - and very worth it, (other than the price of the holiday has gone up too- ) it’s what anyone new will expect and us that have never paid for them before , will get used to it- they are all excellent!
