I was able to quickly reach popular attractions and business areas, which made my trip extremely convenient. Check - in Process Upon arrival, the front - desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism. They were efficient in handling my check - in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and they even offered some great local tips on where to grab a late - night snack, which was very thoughtful. Room My room was a haven of comfort. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and high - quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.

Nice to find a hotel that offers family room for 4 in a single room - I guess in China it’s still rare for there to be more than 1 child in a family! The room was a good size with a very comfortable super king bed that fits 3 persons and an additional single bed. Bathroom was big with bath and separate rain shower. Bar was closed (for good??). Annoying as we had family who came to visit and wanted to have a drink together that isn’t just wine. At least offer some beer in your restaurant if the bar is closed. Breakfast was vast, lots of choice. But for the price I would expect better包子 and 油条. Felt like they came from a packet, not freshly made. I can get so much better on a street cart for less than £1, so very disappointing that a five star hotel cannot make decent Chinese staples. I would say the 豆腐脑, and 葱花饼 was lovely, and I stuck with this for the duration of the stay.

The hotel is very well located and offers excellent services. The concierge team is excellent. Especially, the Senior Chief Concierge, Yina Wang, is very professional, friendly and supportive. She organized visits, answered every question and helped us a lot to find our way. The best Concierge we have ever met on our travels. The best possible ”face”of the hotel.

I booked a non-smoking room for my 4-night stay and was assigned a room on the 6th floor. While the first night was fine, starting from the second night, the room began to smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and the corridor was even worse. I reported this to the receptionist, who moved us to a room on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the same issue persisted, making our stay uncomfortable. This was very disappointing, especially for a hotel advertising non-smoking rooms. Management should address this issue to ensure a proper non-smoking environment for guests.

To be honest, it was really great and better than more expensive hotels in Beijing. I was so happy that I found the shopping street is exactly beside and also a mall is located under hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants around. There is smart toilet in the room. The staff were really kind and supportive and respectful. I would like to thank Yulia and Susan for their help. They are so well-behaved. Generally everything was great. I just hope that they can improve the quality of breakfast. 😊

I really liked the hotel. The room is comfortable, modern and spacious. Everything in the room is new and clean. It was completely quiet at night, although the hotel was completely full - this is very good. The mattress and pillows on the bed are excellent, I slept great. The staff is wonderful - they helped and answered all questions. The location is great - 10 minutes walk to the main square and 5 minutes to the pedestrian street. There are many restaurants and shops around.

The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too! 酒店距离王府井地铁站非常的近而且很方便。房间非常的大，可以容纳4个大的行李。而且酒店还有两架洗衣机和烘干机，以及免费提供饮用水。有些前台人员非常的有礼貌和热情，在我们遇到困难时会及时帮忙。也感谢酒店让我们迟一个小时退房！下次再来北京一定会再光临这间酒店，也会介绍亲朋好友来住！

The location, services and amenities are excellent, just that the space is a little small for two travellers. The gym is small but sufficient and they provide supper (8-11pm) as well! Overall it is a good experience, highly recommended for solo travellers.
