The overall stay experience was extremely satisfying, and the hotel impressed me in many aspects of its services and facilities: Comfortable and Thoughtful Basic Experience: The hotel is clean and hygienic overall, with tidy and bright guest rooms. Its prime location offers convenient transportation access to surrounding areas, and the quiet and pleasant environment provides a solid foundation for a great stay. Abundant and Delicious Dining Options: The breakfast on the first floor features a rich variety of items, catering to different taste preferences. The Chenshan Chinese Restaurant on the second floor offers a diverse range of dishes with excellent flavors, making the dining experience delightful. Well-Equipped and Practical Facilities: The meeting rooms on the second floor are fully equipped, ideal for business needs. The tea lounge on the first floor is spacious and comfortable, providing a convenient space for relaxation or small gatherings. April Attentive Service Details: The front desk staff are warm and efficient, the concierge team proactively assists with luggage, and the lobby staff greet guests politely when they meet—all reflecting professional dedication. A special thanks to Manager April, whose butler-style service during the stay was meticulous and caring, significantly enhancing the overall experience. In summary, both the hardware facilities and service quality are commendable, making this a very pleasant stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2024, planned for 1 night to visit around the town itself and another night for the Simatai Great Wall. 1. Location - Inn is located within Gubei Watertown and it is necessary to go through the watertown to visit the Simatai Great Wall. By booking an accommodation within the town gives you discounted entrance price into the town and since we planned to visit the great wall and explore the town itself we have decided to stay for 2 nights (also partly the cost and time to travel there from Beijing). Inn is located near the main square where some performances are held and near a shuttle service stop (free shuttle services within town if you’re staying in an accommodation within town. Overall a good location within town. 2. Room - Booked a family room for 4 (2 single beds in each level). Room is mostly made of wood hence its not really a modern feel and its not really sound-proof which the staff has notified in advance. Room is spacious and bathroom is big. Stairs that goes up to the 2nd level is stable but can be a little steep for seniors. Overall the room is decent. It comes with tomatoes, peanuts and tea as welcome gift. 3. Luggage - There’s a luggage service whereby you can arrange for your luggage to be transported to your hotel from entrance, and from hotel back to entrance. This is definitely needed as the ground in the watertown is not a smooth surface and can be hard to carry your luggages around. 4. Services & breakfast - Staff’s services is really good and efficient! Breakfast is simple but has good variety. There’s the buffet portion which consists of small dishes for porridge, bread, bun, drinks etc. And there’s an alacarte portion where you need to order in advance the night before such as bacon, egg, sausages, noodles etc. i think its a good initiative to avoid wastage. Overall a very good stay and would recommend if you are visiting Gubei Watertown and would like to stay in a more traditional feel.

Tampilannya antik dan sangat ber***a Cina, dan teman-teman asing akan sangat menyukainya. Penataan kamar orang tua-anak cukup memuaskan, tempat tidur juga sangat bersih dan rapi. Fasilitas orang tua-anak di luar hotel sangat menarik perhatian. Saat cuaca sedang hangat, Anda bisa bermain bersama anak sepanjang hari. Duduk di meja dan kursi di halaman kecil mengobrol bersama keluarga sambil minum minuman kental kopi panas memberiku relaksasi yang sudah lama hilang. Perasaan, aku juga menjadi orang malas yang ”mencuri setengah hari waktu luang”. Karena kami memiliki hotel untuk kembali, kami memilih untuk mulai mendaki Tembok Besar di sore hari. Kami melihat sinar matahari terbenam terakhir pada tahun 2024 di Tembok Besar. Setelah memanjat Tembok Besar berkali-kali, inilah yang paling menyentuh hatiku! Staf hotel sangat antusias, tetapi turisnya terlalu banyak dan stafnya terlalu sibuk. Selain itu, restoran Cina di hotel memasak makanan yang sangat enak. Akan lebih bagus jika mereka menambahkan kentang goreng ke dalam menu juga 8 staf restoran Saya pulang kerja jam 30.30. Kalau mau makan harus buru-buru pesan makanan, kalau tidak nanti tidak bisa beli apa-apa untuk dimakan, karena toko dan restoran di luar hotel tutup. sekitar jam 4:30 sore! Sarapan prasmanan hotel juga sepadan dengan harga 30 yuan per orang, nilai uang yang sangat baik! Secara keseluruhan, lokasinya bagus dan pelayanannya bagus. Pengalaman menginap yang sangat memuaskan. Saya telah memutuskan untuk kembali di musim panas untuk check-in!

Saya sangat senang akhirnya bisa tinggal di komune yang saya rindukan, tapi saya juga minta maaf. Berbagai vila yang tersebar di kedua sisi jalan pegunungan seharusnya menjadi ciri terbesar komune tersebut. Vila yang kami tempati kali ini adalah gubuk hutan dengan dua lantai. Seluruh vila dibagi menjadi dua. keluarga standar beranggotakan tiga orang). Ha, mungkin hampir tidak bisa menampung keluarga dengan dua anak), satu kamar standar ditambah area umum di lantai bawah, dan dua kamar standar ditambah tempat istirahat di lantai atas. Saya tidak punya waktu untuk melihat struktur vila jenis lain, tapi saya ingin tinggal di semuanya dan merasakannya jika saya memiliki kesempatan di masa depan. Udara di pegunungan sangat bagus, serangga berkicau di sore hari dan burung berkicau di pagi hari, ada juga bunga lilac musim semi, persik gunung, melati musim semi, bunga aprikot, dll, semuanya cemerlang. Kecantikan itu memabukkan tapi juga meresahkan, jadi saya tidak terlalu banyak tidur di pagi hari. Saya berjalan sendirian di jalan pegunungan. Di tengah jalan, saya bertemu dengan seorang sopir shuttle bus hotel yang baik hati yang membawa saya ke Pak Pan di ujung jalan pegunungan (sayangnya saya hanya melihat gerbangnya)... Ups, esai kecil ini sudah menjadi akun berjalan lagi, jadi hentikan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalamannya luar biasa dan saya akan pergi lagi. Saya terutama menyukai wanita muda di meja depan yang ”menempelkan wortel” (maaf saya lupa menanyakan namanya). Dari saat kami memesan hotel sampai kami pergi, layanannya penuh perhatian dan menghangatkan hati dia lagi lain kali aku pergi ke sana.

Wonderful Family Stay at a Kid-Friendly Hot Spring Hotel We had an absolutely fantastic time during our recent stay with our baby and 7-year-old—this is hands down the most kid-friendly hotel we've ever experienced! The highlights for families are truly outstanding: an amazing indoor playhouse that's perfect for keeping children entertained (though the flooring could use a refresh for even better safety and comfort), and incredible hot springs that the whole family enjoyed relaxing in. The location is a big plus, situated close to an amusement park and shopping center, making it easy to pop out for meals, shopping, or extra fun without relying solely on the hotel dining. The on-site food was delicious, and our spacious room felt practical and luxurious, complete with a bathtub offering nice views. One fun touch was the roaming delivery robot: it added a modern, playful vibe that the kids loved watching. That said, a few areas could be improved for an even smoother experience. Check-in was unexpectedly crowded, taking around 40 minutes (the longest we've ever waited), so families might want to arrive outside peak times if possible. The in-room bathroom has frosted glass that's a bit too transparent for privacy when sharing with spouse or kids—more opaque partitioning would help. Since the hotel knew we were traveling with a baby and young child, it would have been thoughtful to have a crib ready or bed linens prepared for the sofa bed (we managed fine without, but it would elevate the family-friendly aspect). Additionally, it would be great if the robots could handle deliveries from external orders, even for a small fee. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value for money and delivered a memorable, enjoyable getaway for our family. We'd highly recommend it to other parents looking for a relaxing yet engaging spot—we'd happily return!

Kami datang ke hotel ini karena dekat Tembok Besar, tetapi sayangnya hotel tersebut tutup, jadi mereka menawarkan kami tumpangan helikopter dan memberi kami diskon 50%!
