As a solo female traveler, I often seek accommodations that offer comfort, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. They were quick to assist me with my luggage and provided a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and nearby attractions. Their attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued and at ease. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed with traditional Chinese decor, providing a perfect blend of modern comfort and cultural charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel allowed for restful nights. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness; the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. Safety is always a priority for me when traveling alone, and I felt completely secure within the premises. The hotel has 24-hour security and a well-lit entrance, which added to my peace of mind. Additionally, the location is fantastic. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the opportunities to meet others in the communal lounge area. It was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and I had the chance to connect with fellow travelers and share experiences. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, especially solo female travelers. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a safe environment made my stay truly memorable. Reached the hotel at 8+am after a red-eye flight. Although it was too early to check-in, front desk staff kindly checked for available room, and arranged housekeeping to expedite cleaning. We were able to check-in after one hour. Very pleased with the size of the family room with 2 queen size beds, very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff did good job of daily cleaning and put many bottles of drinking water for us. Hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall making it super convenient for shopping & dining and 8 mins walk from metro station, which has 2 metro lines (1 & 4), easy to travel around. Concierge/customer service is also very professional and helpful. Ordered some packages from Taobao but they went missing (2 times). The staff offered to find them and they did. Each time they also followed up with phone calls afterwards to make sure we had received them. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and good variety, and the chef even introduced the food items personally. Overall very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel for their comfort level, customer service and value-for-money price point, to any visitors to Beijing.

Good service with staff try hard for helping us with leaving my luggages for before checkin day and come back for the book day. Good services with cleaning room everyday and renew drink and water. And easy to call didi taxi this hotel recommend to use didi because I was go on January and it was so much freezing cannot walk for long. Everything go next time still choose this hotel for stay in Beijing.

Very good hotel just next to the metro station and a mall. Many restaurants around. Clean a rooms without smoke in the air. Not English speaking service but great experience.

Entering the yard gives the first impression that it is quite big. The temperature in the room is right. The landlord patiently introduced various homestay facilities. In winter, we had other guests the first day. There were many restaurants around. There was a iron pot stew that could be strolled directly in the past to save drinking and driving. I am very satisfied with a trip to Beijing.

The location of the homestay is not far from the camp where we play, and it is also good from the Jingdong Grand Canyon and Shilin Gorge. This homestay is run by a girl and her mother. I think every place is attentive. There are 5 rooms. Most places are public spaces. Suitable for barbecue, board games, small talk, Early is very rich, there is a cat and puppy are very obedient, if there are guests who don't like it, they will not be released casually. Finally, two people will go out and send it out. The experience is very good. In short, people who do one thing with heart will definitely succeed. I wish business prosperity and have the opportunity to stay again.

The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic ❤️, helping with luggage and introducing the room. The room was consistent with the picture. The decoration style was simple and elegant. I liked it very much. The various facilities were beautifully arranged. It was very clean and hygienic. I felt relieved to stay. The surrounding transportation was convenient. It was just a few steps away from Lama Temple. The sound insulation was good, the air conditioner was very warm, and the smart appliances were also very convenient. I slept very well all night. I will choose this homestay next time I come to Beijing!

小院太棒了！雖然最近濕度大，山裡還是舒適些，一進門的陣陣風鈴聲立刻讓人心緒平靜下來，時間也彷彿放慢了腳步。拍了幾張院子的照片後大家立刻進入休閑模式，娛樂室項目很齊全，投入自己項目的同時還能蹭到其他項目的歡樂氣氛，熟人局人員輪替更是自由自在。客房很乾凈裝飾也很有特色，詫寂給人一種向內心尋找自我的感覺，超大浴缸甚至給到了意識逐漸剝離的感覺。早餐很豐富，提前預訂的正餐不管烤全羊+燒烤，還是鐵鍋燉都美味且量大管飽。完美體驗最好的證明就是除了進院的幾張照片，甚至沒有再想起拍照發圈，切身感受的安逸消弭了曬圖這種最底線的社交，朋友面對面玩樂享受逃離水泥叢林和焦慮。要説遺憾麼，夜裡一場雨，酣暢缺遮住了美麗的星空，下次再約時看看運氣如何吧~

The hotel is also familiar with the time of each exam. From the first day of check-in to check-out, Xiaozi and Xiaoyu arranged early check-in and late check-out at the first time. The security uncle at the entrance of the lobby elevator always insists on making eye contact with you and greets you with a friendly smile. The hotel parking lot is not free and needs to be settled out. On the second day of the college entrance examination, because it rained, I took my children downstairs and out of the lobby door in a hurry. A very tall, thin and thin girl in charge of the lobby patrol immediately came over to ask if we were going to drive out of the parking lot, reminding us that we can scan the code in advance to express out of the parking lot to avoid delays. That night, I went to the restaurant for a buffet, and the restaurant waiter would also take the initiative to remind the candidates to drink less cold drinks. During the few days I stayed here, I also enjoyed the competition-level national standard swimming pool, and all the service details were in place. It is a rare experience. It is recommended that families who come to Beijing to play choose Jinyuan Hotel with confidence. The underground shopping street of the hotel KALCITY is rich and frugal, which is more suitable for children. As a supporting facility of Jinyuan Shopping Center, this is a low-key, warm, safe and meticulous choice!

This is a slightly older hotel typical of Chinese hotel standards. Corridor to the room was dark but the rooms were clean. We chose it due to the proximity to Nanshan ski area. Lots of food within walking distance. It didn't have the smoky rooms that you'd associate with these older Chinese hotels. Rooms were cleaned daily. Worth the stay.
