Great calm location, very close to universal beijing, taxi costs about 20rmb from hotel to universal studios, service was top notch, the attendant was very helpful, helped us to call taxi, calling taxi without Chinese phone number is really a major hassle, very pleased by the service as a foreign traveller, was little bit worried as a person who doesn’t know any Chinese but communication was a breeze :)

Global Villa is situated in a nice and quiet Zhangjiawan Town in Tongzhou district. Their room is so clean and I did not smell any cigarette smoke in the room which I’m so pleased to find out. We love their bed mattress and they even provided extra silicon neck pillows for guests to use. I also liked that they gave us prepackaged disposable towels to use… which is more hygienic and safe to use! The attendant is very helpful and he will give you his WeChat contact to assist you anytime. The location is not very easy for didi taxi to locate. So make sure to ask the attendant to give you the specific address that they use for didi. They don’t serve foods here but Meituan delivery is always accessible.

We enjoyed this home stay. Lots of fun things to do. Arcade games, KTV, mini-ping pong. Enjoyable for the family. Close to Universal by taxi/Didi. Recommend connecting with the landlord on WeChat sooner than later for ease of communication, arrival planning, etc. No restaurants nearby, but we were able to order delivery successfully.

去環球玩，選擇住一晚，房價大小還可以，整體還算乾淨，舒適度還不錯，店家服務態度特別特別好，位置比較隱蔽，找不到會給指路，有任何問題都可以商量解決，提供幫助很快速，即使我到的很晚也有迴應，不太好的是，下水道反胃，會有小飛蟲，換了個房間稍微好一些，牆體下面因為滲水一類的原因有些掉皮，衞生間淋浴器是壞的，衹能用小花灑，提供一次性浴巾，但我遇到了其中之一已經被打開了的情況，不知道是否乾淨，好在還有一個，周圍很安靜，能睡個好覺，性價比還可以，不過和預期差距略大

全屋自動，衹需要説一句小愛同學，就可以提出要求並自動實現。小愛同學很嗲。環境不錯，安靜，愜意，令人身心放鬆

老闆人非常好，住的房間也舒適，外面有院子可以晾曬衣服非常方便，去大運河那天下大雨了，還惦記家裡衣服被淋濕了，結果到酒店一看衣服都被收起來了，非常感動，以後再來還來住

環境不錯，服務熱情，交通也行，出門又不太遠就是地鐵站，不用按導航走，導航繞遠了。

房間很舒適也超級乾淨，小哥人超級好✌️非超推薦。利環球影城也很近，出行方便！不用太早起床趕地鐵。
