Nice and clean with good environment. Very quite place and strategic location

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Overall a good hotel with a nice swimming pool. Only downsides were that it wasn't possible to turn on the fridge and the view was a little disappointing (considering the is hotel located right next to a lake)

The hotel seemed a bit run down considering the price. The room smelled musty upon entry. The shower water was slow to heat up. However, the staff were friendly and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The Crowne Plaza is an excellent option in Yangzhou. The location is very convenient; the facilities and service are excellent, and the hotel offers a very good breakfast. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is not near the city centre, however, it suited my needs perfectly. I rode a motorcycle into Yangzhou and the hotel is conveniently outside the motorcycle exclusion zone! Very helpful staff, secure parking facilities, a small welcome gift was offered! I was a little disappointed not to find complimentary coffee in my room

這是一次非常開心的出遊，酒店環境温馨舒適，因為IHG金卡會員，剛到就安排了歡迎飲品，行政酒廊的朱青特別貼心，為我們準備了下午茶，再加上訂單中的特色項目**小食套餐，讓我們感受到被重視和認真對待。所有工作人員態度都非常好，早餐菜品豐富，延遲了2小時退房，所有環節可以説是完美，下次有機會一定再來！

親子出遊，酒店裡景區略遠，但是帶來的肯定是更好的居住體驗（同等價位下，房間更大）。而且揚州本來也不算太大，打車出門也很方便。到酒店時，免費給房型進行了升級。同時，酒店內也有多個餐廳，可根據自己喜好進行選擇，有機會還會再來。
