Hotel itu sendiri merupakan bangunan landmark, dan sangat fotogenik. Hotel ini menghadap Danau Yanqi, dan pemandangan danau serta pegunungannya sangat menawan. Di kamar hotel dengan pemandangan danau, ketika Anda membuka tirai, Anda akan melihat lukisan pemandangan, dan pemandangannya menyenangkan. Sarapan hotel adalah prasmanan, kaya dan mengesankan. Tamu hotel bisa menuju Pulau Yanqi di seberang danau, mereka hanya perlu memberitahu front desk nomor plat mobilnya agar gerbang Pulau Yanqi bisa melepaskannya. Pulau Yanqi memiliki pemandangan yang indah dan ketenangan, dan sangat layak untuk dikunjungi. Pelayanan hotelnya bagus. Pelayannya berinisiatif membantu kami mengambil barang bawaan dan mengantar kami ke kamar. Staf di meja depan menjawab semua pertanyaan dan sangat antusias. Pelayan mengantarkan air dengan cepat. Yang perlu diperbaiki pihak hotel adalah membuat ruangan lebih bersih. Beberapa tempat seperti penutup charger di atas meja sangat berdebu.

Pengalaman liburan akhir pekan yang sangat memuaskan. Lingkungan: Suite telah ditingkatkan, dan pemandangan di lantai 17 juga jauh lebih luas. Saat Anda keluar di lantai tiga hotel, Anda bisa berjalan-jalan di tepi danau atau berkendara di sepanjang jalan raya. PS Dua hari terakhir ini agak dingin. Fasilitas: Cocok untuk self-driving, parkir🅿️nyaman. Apalagi jika Anda berkendara dengan mobil, Anda bisa pergi ke pulau tengah danau di sebelah Hotel Yanqi dengan tiket mobil Anda. Terdapat taman bermain anak kecil dan kolam renang di lantai basement. Layanan: Ally di meja depan sangat ramah, memperkenalkan area sekitar hotel dengan sangat perhatian, dan dengan sabar menjawab pertanyaan. Kebersihan: Standar bintang lima, sangat meyakinkan. Kekurangannya hanya bagian luar kacanya agak kotor, sayang sekali dengan jendela besar setinggi langit-langit dan pemandangan di luar jendela.

We loved our stay in the family suite, wonderful for little kids! Everything about the hotel is top notch, from welcome gift to kids toys, breakfast, dining, spa, pool, beautiful view, lovely staff, who really goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. What a great experience! Can whole heartedly recommend and will come back for sure.

Perfect and stunning place & especially all the wonderful people and staff working there made this stay really perfect!

Impressive looking building from the outside but a really slow check in. They had 4-5 staff members yet everything took longer than I’d expect. The room was basic and, for the price, underwhelming. In addition, the walls are marked and scuffed. One part of the wall had food stains. The carpet is stained. When we went to go to bed we found the linen was dirty. There were stains on both the duvet and the bed sheet! We called down for reception and they said sorry then sent a maid to change the duvet. I felt like good customer service would include at least having someone from customer service/reception come to check on us and the room, or calling us to check, or making a note to ask at check out. No follow up. Apart from this the room is a good size and felt spacious with a desk, sofa and large double bed. The bathroom also had 2 sinks and ample space for your things. The cupboards were also large with lots of hangers etc. There is a full ironing board. I was disappointed for the price (over ¥2000 a night) that even their basic rooms don’t have a coffee machine (like Nespresso etc). This seems to be standard in most hotels at this price range these days. Just instant coffee. As part of the price, the hotel included “free mini bar” which was just 1 can of coke, sprite and Fanta. All full sugar, no zero/diet. Only one side of the bed has plug socks for charging. Otherwise, there is a socket under the desk. The slippers constantly stuck to the tiled floor area which meant squeaky/sticky sounds as you walk around. I’m not sure if it was just the slippers or the floor coating but it was pretty irritating. The breakfast was good with a range of choices including pancakes, waffles, different types of bread, omelette/egg station, noodles, porridge etc as well as fried vegetables, salad, fruit and sausages etc. Lots of coffee machines dotted around the canteen. Location good if you want to go to the lake area and surrounds. There isn’t much walkable so to really take advantage you need a car , either a Didi or your own. You can rent bikes but anyone serious brings their own and cycles round the area. There are local restaurants about 1-2k away which is walkable. We had some ok local food for a good price. Disappointed not to find a modern cafe anywhere nearby, including the hotel. The coffee in the hotel was only the push button kind, like at breakfast buffets. No real cafe. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and wouldn’t go back.

We stayed in twin room and first they put us in really hot room it 28 degrees and we cannot breathe and my mother had her blood pressure going up because of the heat of the room. When we informed the situation they put us in a room which was fine. Then we had a dinner in their German restaurant brewery and there was a group who was so loud we cannot hear and our heart was racing and we could not eat our food and we had pack our food. I had terrible headaches afterwards. My mother who is elder woman and I could not sleep after fact of the loudness of the restaurant. The hotel is no way near the 5 star hotel and the breakfast quality was bad and the hotel service does not match and the money you pay is waste. Even when I told about the situation of the dinner we had was so bad they still charge you and say they are sorry and give you small gift. But the whole experience just Kills your expectations from the brand which I always so royal and I stayed many hotels of Kempiski in the past but this experience makes me never wants to stay at this hotel or any others. The kids club so bad too! Waste of my money and don’t expect anything.

The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic location over looking the lake. Plenty to do in the day time for walking and the room was gorgeous. Worth it for a long weekend visit. I wished the restaurants didn't close for 3 hours in the afternoon but otherwise it was perfect. The swimming pool and spa are also very nice. It is tough to get any treatments (or boat rides) if you are pregnant though.

The service was incredibly nice. The hotel location was perfect . And what a stunning view out of the hotel room . The breakfast was also very very good. Starting with eggs, waffles, Chinese food (very delicious),German meet loaf until Müsli, vegetable and fruits as a starter . We can also recommend the burger in the hotel restaurant. In the basement was a huge swimming pool and a very nice and clean kids play club . I think we will come back for a nice family weekend trip @Kempinski

We had a great stay for a birthday weekend.

Always returning to this hotel for a nice staycation. Good amenities and service. The food is however a bit overpriced.

Thanksgiving dinner with the family is a great way of making it a bit easier to make the most

It is a fantastic location with glorious views across the lake towards the mountains. Everything is superb, the only negative is that the restaurants are expensive.

I stayed only one night for a birthday weekend with some friends, and the hotel is absolutely amazing. I was upgraded to a suite-like room and I loved the bathtub. The service is great, everyone is friendly and I had wonderful service from one of the employees named Osborn! I was happy that some of the workers spoke some English, but everyone is very polite. We enjoyed the Okterberfest event at the hotel, the ride on the boat was pleasant as well. We didn’t get to bike ride but had a fun time watching people riding and enjoy the nice weather.
