Ulasan Atour Hotel Zuo'anmen, Temple of Heaven

Nice clean room, there was not a safe in the room. Other than that, great location and not too far from Temple of Heaven.

The place is near to restaurant and major attractions. However, nearby do not have any the place for shopping. Overall hotel is good with great location.

The hotel staffs were attentive and provided excellent hospitality. Rooms were clean and our requests were addressed promptly. Breakfast was great and menu changes every day. The hotel provides free laundry services which is great for families travelling. But it lacks an individual iron in the room.

Service was great and the room was clean and nice. Location is bad because the metro stations are far. Breakfast was ok,mostly Chinese food.

The hotel is fairly new. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. It was a bit difficult communicating with the kitchen staff . Breakfast was fine and complementary evening snacks were appreciated.

We booked 4 nights but left after the first one. Very noisy and the location it was not convenient for our needs

Best winning point : 1. Strategic hotel location with near to all Beijing attractions. 2. All the counter staff , restaurants staff were super friendly and helpful. all of them are passionate and energetic. Very welcoming feeling during my stay. 3. Free self service laundry service is something impressive me. U can check washing machine time or usage status inside ur room via room smart tv. 4. Hotel is using robot deliver the food delivery to room. Very convenient to us. However some time one robot is not enough to support all room guests. Room for improvement: 1. The cleaning crew did not do properly the job. Because I was stated for 8 days 7 nights, first the bedsheet only get changed after 3 days upon my request, the dust on the floor from day 1 “accompany” to my last day of stay. 2. Hotel didn’t strictly prohibited customer eating some smelly food inside room, like China famous food “Luo Si Fen”, so whole floor having bad smell. 3. Even though whole hotel is prohibited to smoke, but there is some customer still like to smoke at room corridors. Hotel should enhance advice room guests on this smoking policy especially during checked in or checking cctv when customer complaint on this area. If found this kind of customers break the rules, they should giving warning or fine charge to them. Overall, I will still given 8/10 for this hotel. I hope they can improve on above point of view. I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to my friends and family.

Located near Temple of Heaven, this is a good hotel in a peaceful locality. Rooms are spacious and service is good. Only drawback is no 7-11 or Familymart nearby.

The staff is so nice so helpful, the room is clean, the drinks in the room is free for the guest, the bed is good enough for sleeping. But that’s only the room is not soundproof enough to hear outside and the next room, everything is fine, just only this.

There was a power outage during the day but the front desk kindly informed us about it. They also gave us hand lotions at the end of our stay. However, the renovation sounds from a nearby site was extremely annoying. The midnight buffet was nice though. In addition, we ordered takeaway on the first night of our stay and left the finished food next to the door and room service did not take them away for the entirety of our stay.
