Ulasan Atour Hotel Beijing Capital Airport New National Exhibition

Atour staff are very nice and helpful!! Even if they are struggling with their English, they are trying their best to understand you. New hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and a little bit of Continental. At night their is free congee and steamed buns. Very near the airport!!

Hotel offer shuttle bus to and fro from airport which is good. Room is clean but air con is weak. It will take some time to cool down the room in summer. Hotel also offer late supper which is good for late arrival travellers.

Although the incheck procedures took more time than we thought, the service was friendly and correct. The room was clean and the hotel provided all kinds of amenities. Well isolated, no noise from airplanes. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Aircondition not cold at all even after setting the temperature to 22%. Believe thermostat setting is off as the cold air come and go. The room feel humid and floor feel damp. There is a dampness smell in the room coming strongly from the toilet / bathroom area.

Clean & nice hotel , they even provide free supper .

I went on a business trip to China, landed at the capital airport, and took a taxi to the Yaduo Hotel I booked. The taxi driver here is really annoying. He arrived at the hotel in ten minutes less than 3 kilometers away, and then I was ready to check out and get off. The driver told me to ask for 100 yuan. I was very angry and argued with the driver. How could it cost 100 yuan for such a close distance? I argued with the driver for nearly ten minutes, and finally paid 100 yuan. Finally, I got out of the car very angry. I checked in in the lobby of the hotel, because I just got off the plane, and I didn't have time to exchange the name coins. I didn't pay enough for the room because of the taxi driver. I could only discuss with the hotel whether I could check in first. Unexpectedly, they trusted me very much and agreed directly. After going back to the room to clean up, go to the front desk to ask where the bank can exchange foreign currency. After communicating with the front desk for a long time, I still didn't understand much. The front desk took the initiative to say that they took me to change. It was really very considerate. On the way, I talked to the front desk about taking a taxi just now. I was very angry. I didn't expect to encounter such a thing in Beijing, China. I was speechless. Originally, I thought it was over. After I returned to China, I received an email from the hotel, saying that their store checked the monitoring for me, found the taxi company and contacted the taxi driver, and was willing to return my expenses. Thank you very much. The service here is really beyond imagination. I will go again on my next business trip. If I go to China in the future, I will definitely recommend them to the New National Exhibition Yaduo Hotel at the Capital Airport.

I am extremely grateful to the hotel staff for their warm assistance. Due to my own mistake, I left my mobile phone in a taxi. I realized it was lost when checking in at the hotel, and I was very anxious because there were many important files on it. I didn't know what to do at that moment. I had an important meeting the next day, so I had no choice but to turn to the hotel for help. With the hotel's assistance, they checked the surveillance footage and found the taxi driver. Unfortunately, the driver didn't want to return the phone to me. The hotel staff immediately came up with a solution and helped contact the nearby police station. With the help of the police station and after communicating with the driver, the driver finally agreed to return my phone. The hotel staff worked tirelessly throughout the night to follow up on the matter. Finally, after the hotel paid 300 yuan, I got my phone back. I am very grateful for the hotel staff's help. Next time I travel on business, I will definitely stay at Atour again and recommend it to my good friends.

Close to airport. 15 mins by taxi. New hotel that better hygiene than near by hotels. Not suitable for long time stays. Because nothing interesting near by.

The Hotel was good very clean and have good service

Booked this hotel for 1 night in Beijing while in transit. The location is really convenient, about 10 min to the capital airport by taxi. The stuff doesn’t speak English, but willing to help, so we were able to communicate via Google translate 😅 The hygiene is quite average, although the hotel is new, but not so well maintained as it could be.
