Had the best time at La Maison de Beaumont. The daily Hike & Blue skies are all you need to recharge and feel inspired. I loved waking up with the church bells & hearing the Village’s birds start chirping. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for this unique experience 🙏🏽

Good people, cozy rooms, peace and quiet. Every person living in a big city should have this experience. Calm your thoughts, feel the beauty of Provence and enjoy life. Just try that kind of trip and you’ll like it.

La Maison de Beaumont is an amazing place in an amazing village in an amazing region. The LUBERON is a beautiful part of Provence, with hilltop villages and castles dotting the countryside of vineyards and olive groves. BEAUMONT DE PERTUIS feels like a village from the Middle Ages, with its maze of narrow winding streets and picturesque houses. Not as well-known as some of its neighbors (for example, Peter Mayle’s “A Year in Provence” is set in a nearby village, and the French films “Jean de Florette” and “Manon des Sources” were filmed in the village next door), it is therefore less precious and touristy. Families with children live here, and there is a bar, a restaurant, a “tabac”, and a small market along the one commercial street, shaded by plane trees. LA MAISON DE BEAUMONT itself, a beautifully renovated townhouse that centuries ago was the town hall, is at once elegant and welcoming. I spent April and May in the tastefully designed top-floor apartment (Horizon), which has two terraces overlooking village rooftops and the countryside. Owners Navid and Niki, who live in New York and renovated the building, were gracious hosts, responding immediately to questions or concerns. They clearly love the place. I’d recommend spending some time poking around the website (lamaisondebeaumont.com), not just for the photos but for the history of the house and the village, among other interesting information. This is a find!
