TTamuThe hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

SSasa1981Perfect location in downtown Carlsbad. An easy walk to anything you may possibly need.
The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy.
The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing.
The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.
 the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

BBaja TravelerCheck in and check out were easy with friendly staff. Nothing fancy but it was nice having the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. There is some noticeable noise from the freeway but I stopped noticing it after a short time.

TTamuBest customer service ever! Fast to check in and check out. Very clean hotel and convenience to go to the LEGOLAND and restaurant is nearby also. We will be stay again, thank you so much all the customer service is polite and professional. We love this hotel.

TTamuI would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

TTamuI feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service.
