TTamuKai and Ahmed at the front desk were just wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The location is great with Brighton Baths diagonally opposite and the beach within easy reach. The room was well-equipped and really spacious. It was however quite dated and could use a deep clean and some basic maintenance.

BBranDan7Great location, close to shops and train station. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. From the exceptional reception staff (we saw three different ladies each day and all of them were superb) to the housekeeping staff, they went above and beyond. Apartment included tea and coffee and all cooking utensils, the WiFi was decent, longer video calls could be challenging though. Would stay again. Thanks so much.

TTamuNice group of rooms in a fairly good location in St Kilda. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was a added bonus that was enjoyed. The two issues that I had was the odd reception area that was part cleaning area / part front office, looked unprofessional and screamed 'cheap' but I guess didn't necessary impact on the quality of the stay but was just odd. The main issue was the bed!! It squeaked like a hour year old door! no privacy, such a unnecessary issue when quality 'non squeaking' bed costs next to nothing for the amount it will be used. One of the worst beds I have ever stayed on and would never be on that again PLUS has reminded me to check the bed before accepting the room! Felt sorry for the persons staying underneath!! needs a remedy and FAST!!

RRuhaya IbrahimAttended the waterfront festival fireworks. Love the location and halal kebabs in the area . For hotel room love the little kitchenette , there’s smart tv but no internet to watch programmes . There’s only one tv channel. Sadly The shower head is broken the housekeeper should have known it and inform the maintenance to fix it before rent it out . Overall great hotel with great security for both front entrance and locked underground carpark.
