This is a unique place, even though it does not have a beach, it has a beautiful shoreline deck where you can see amazing sunsets. Nice food, great atmosphere and delicious drinks. Every detail was carefully designed. Many pools most with sea water

This is a great location and great property. We loved all the natural pools and quick access to the ocean. There are ladders that lead down to the ocean for swimming. The poolside service was great. Very friendly staff. The hotel rooms were very high-end. Large living space And good sized bedroom. Everything was high end.

From the moment we got there, there was no air conditioning at reception. We also spend the night with no air-conditioning. I am being woken up to construction at 6:30 in the morning just an awful experience the staff was amazing. The facility was clean, but we will never ever in this lifetime or the next travel there.Jg new jersey

Beautiful property. No sandy beach but they make the pool area look like one. Con: The property gets used plenty via Day Passes where you pay for using the property and have a minimum spend on drinks/food. These guests have the attention of the waitstaff near the pools. The people who are staying at the resort do not get the attention of the wait staff. This apparently is policy

Tracadero is beautiful, good attention from the first day to the last day. The restaurant has delicious dishes to delight its beaches and pool are spectacular. I am already planning my next vacation at this wonderful Tracadero Beach hotel

I came here after really bad experience in Punta Cana Majestic Mirage. Dont chooce that hotel for your safety. But in Bayahibe Tracadero Hotel and Resortst it was really great. Nice appartement, very caring host and staff. Staff was english speaking, very kind and caring , but not disturbing you, like I get the feeling I was in the wrong way disturbed in majestic mirage. In majestis mirage the food was like in every "chain- restaurant" , but here in Tracadero food was great. And athmosfere sophistiicated, restaurant staff behaved just as they are supposed to do. Everybody was nice and helpfull. They know the ethicets. Do not go to Punta Canas crowded overpriced all Inc places, came here to Bayahibe Tracadero! You will get good service, food, and relaxing, not "partypeoplecrowded" hotel style. And here you feel safe and cared. Evening entertainment was also stylish and local, not just playing european hits.

The staff are not properly trained. The property air conditioner were not working. For the second time, they didn’t give me the room I paid for. They are very unresponsible. I will never stay here again. The place is beautiful but need all these improvements.
