The Breakfast and that serving is not like hotel. The pool and the spa are out of order. In The room you hear noise of the air conditioner and the street, of course I'm a little sensitive. sometimes there is no staff in the reception. There is no tooth brushin the room and quality of shampoos is not good. Finally luckily the Location is perfect. near park, beach, old batumi and Ali and Nino ....

I can't believe this is a five star hotel as stated in the ********** info. There is no restaurant, coffee shop, room service, or swimming pool. When I complained to him, the receptionist told me to tell the company from which I booked. The hotel has nothing but an excellent location and a good breakfast
