Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.

The check-in process was fast without any problems without a deposit and the FO officers were very friendly. Room facilities need rejuvenation such as wall paint, worn out bed sheets and towels with holes, AC remotes that can't be used just because it's winter, we finally don't use AC. The pool functions normally and is quite clean, the breakfast menu is sufficient and has been refilled if it runs out. Check out is fast without any problems and without checking the room.

The room is comfortable, quiet, really cool. I've stayed here several times.

Like an unkempt hotel, bedsheets, dirty black towels. There is no elevator, we got a room on the 3rd floor bringing elderly people and small children and big suitcases, it was quite a workout. I read the reviews and it was good when I arrived but it was a dud. Sorry, I'm just reviewing honestly

It's quite interesting, especially since there's a free dinner during New Year... It's just that maybe you need to get an elevator, it's not bad if you have to go back and forth from rooms on the 3rd floor... The place for breakfast should also be updated, because it looks shabby and limited especially if it's used for a place where you've just finished swimming so it's all wet... It took quite a long time to check in, maybe because it was the New Year holidays... ************* got the main prize in the new year's drawing,, 🙏
