Pleasing music, beautiful lighting and wonderful setting of room. Staff are so sweet and patient as well. The food was great and provided choices for vegan. 音樂優美,燈光柔和,房間佈置令人舒適。工作人員很貼心也很耐心。食物非常美味,充分考慮素的主義者。

So disappointed - booked as a last minute treat to visit Bath Christmas market Fortunately we booked on a Sunday evening which was much cheaper than a Saturday We arrived and were checked in efficiently - we were staying in room 205 - the room was small but it’s an old building so there was no surprise there. The bathroom was dirty - hairs on the toilet, the flush was worn and the shower screen was very dirty at the bottom. The toilet was propped up on a piece of wood!! I used the hairdryer only to find that it was melted and very badly damaged. We took it to reception and complained about the hairdryer and toilet being dirty. The receptionist apologised and said she would sort this out - we went out and when we returned the hairdryer was replaced and the toilet cleaned. There was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The next morning we had breakfast - it was ok but nothing special - bacon was flaccid and sausage was not amazing quality. When we checked out the owner was present and asked about our stay. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the room and he offered a 25% refund and said he would e-Mail me offering a room upgrade should we stay again. We accepted this gesture and he asked us not to put anything on social media. To date I have not heard anything or received the refund they promised! This hotel was priced at over £400 the following Saturday - if I had paid this amount I would have been furious.

Where to begin? Our room (308) was so small there was no room for a chair or wardrobe. You had to sidle between the large TV fastened to the wall and the foot of the small double bed to reach the 3 coathangers hanging on the wall, all they provided to hang your clothes on. I was kept awake all night by some machinery humming loudly in the roofspace outside our room. At breakfast we were only given a set cooked breakfast, no yogurt, fruit or cereal were available. The base of the shower (no bath) was extremely slippery and they told me they had no rubber mats to stand on. Three times I asked for a chair, but none ever arrived. We had no biscuits in our room, though other guests did. On the second day we were mysteriosly given a breakfast menu with a full choice of food, including yogurt, fresh fruit salad, smoked salmon and scrambled egg. That was good. Also the young men on reception were friendly and willingly looked after our case. It’s not their fault there were no biscuits, safety mats, chairs or breakfast choice. I am surprised this is a Radisson hotel.

Small, atmospheric hotel. Old building, full of character. Unusually in these days of all you can eat buffet breakfasts, we had to book a time to eat - but the breakfast was excellent! Full English available, but also poached eggs on sourdough with avocado and eggs royale/benedict! Small fridge with bottles of water was a nice touch.

We just spent 3 nights at this pleasant and quiet hotel, which is perfectly located for short walks to the Roman Baths and town centre. The staff were lovely and helpful. We were originally on the top floor in the attic, but it was stifingly hot as the air con wasn’t doing much and when they gave us a fan, it wasn’t suitable as it was too noisy and blew cold air into my ears. The staff very kindly then showed us two other rooms and we chose the one with the most effective air con. This was room 104, which I can recommend. We wound stay again.

Good structure overall, the lift would take only to one side of the building. Breakfast was nothing exceptional, limited choice on the menu, poor communication. Sleeping was not very comfortable. French window covers would hit the ceiling when trying to.open. no wardrobe inside the room and no slippers.

The staff are lovely and seem to be trying hard to welcome their guests. The shower went cold after less than 10 mins, the bathroom has black mould, the bed was hard and some of the hotel just looked tired. We heard another man complaining before we got to our room, so we didn’t have high expectations are a luxury stay.

Avoid if you want any form of customer service. This was booked for a birthday treat and unfortunately we had a family emergency and I tried to reschedule our booking. I spoke to the hotel over the phone and was told it would be okay to rebook to another date but to call the following week because the reservations department wasn’t open. After much back and forth, already being charged for my stay and it being impossible to talk to someone who could deal with this, a month later I was told it was not their policy to be able to do this.

Extremely narrow bed, excessively soft mattress. No curtains and faulty shutters. I'd expect more of a hotel which is part of Radisson Individuals.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and the rooms were clean. We started out in a "Cozy" room but were moved to a standard room. Both rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and location was great. There are plenty if lifts/elevators to help you move your luggage. The dinning room and bar were very nice. The food ranged from a "continental breakfast" to full English Breakfast. Dinners also offered a nice selection. The facility also offers limited off street parking for their guests. Be aware there's a charge of 20 pounds a day for parking but that is relatively competitive and you're off the street. The location is walking distance from the center of town. Simply put: I'd recommend this hotel

I would not recommend this hotel,the place is dirty,room was uncleaned to any standard,old blister pack containing a tablet,used tissue and cashew nut beside the bed,tiolet dirty,counter top in bathroom dirty,now the bed,matress cover discusting,covered in stains ,ripped ,torn ,covered in other peoples hairs and smelly. Manager informed,he offered us a glass of proseco as an apology this was declined. we had no choice but to stay,thr manager got one of his staff to clean another vacant room,the matress cover was tgaken off the bed,apparent as the sheets had not been put back properly. In morning at breakfast it was apparent that the dining room had not had a cloth or hoover used for a good period of time. I complained to the hotel chain manager by e mail 2 or three times giving plenty of time for reply, to no avail. I have never written a negative review before but because of no reply this deserves one,i have photo"s of the discusting matress cover should you want to see. This was booked thru Wowcher.
