Ulasan HYPERION Basel

第一次入住覺得滿意，為了趕法蘭克福機場的飛機，特意再次入住。關照不愛喝的啤酒換成了礦泉水，酒店也立即照辦了。這次特意加了早餐，感覺沒啥吃的，可能瑞士就沒啥美食吧。

While the location is really nice, I was disappointed by the fact that a refurbishment is highly needed... The use of synthetic fragrances is a bit too much. We had to ask for a change in rooms after we entered the initial room, so bad was the smell. We think that this may have been that the previous guests had smoked and they tried to hide it. Anyway, the receptionist could change and while the second room was not entirely without smell, it was much better. We spent 3 nights there as we always heard (from business travellers) that it was good. The hotel had certainly better days and it all looks really a bit shabby (furniture etc.) and the whole room is not practical (you always have to beware not bumping your head into something), there is not even a proper wardrobe...) really bizarrely done. Staff is ok but very scattered /confusing. So, no, we won't be back.

Pros: - Staff are absolutely dedicated, knowledgeable and on top of things! - Trams stop right next to the hotel, and it's within walking distance to much of the town. Also, right next door to exhibition hall. Cons: - HVAC is mediocre at best, but they do at least have fans that will be brought to the room. Shouldn't be necessary though, particularly in winter! - Inhouse dining is good but truly expensive. - Rooms are pretty cramped.

Great location. Easy to see the 30 story building as land mark. Staff were fantastic.

Tram is right out the front door. Breakfast and dinner options were great. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. The room we had was worth the money, lots of extras included. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. We had a room on the 13th floor so had a great view of the city. There’s was no apparent recycling facilities in the room so I am unsure if this is carried out hence low eco-friendly rating. Over all great stay and good connectivity to city centre via trams

Nice hotel, a few steps from Basel conference center and in relative proximity to the city center. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit tight for 2 people.

We chose the hotel because Biking use it and we were cruising with them. Disappointed with location and the service was not what we would expect from a hotel at this level. Executive Lounge was worthwhile having with a comfortable area to relax or play cards, and adequate food and wine.

Stanze piccolissime. Un po’ datato. Centro raggiungibile a piedi, ma con una lunga camminata. Prezzo troppo alto per quanto fornito! Non ci tornerei

Convenient location and friendly customer service

The room i was in had a stench..not sure why. The breakfast was average. Dinner was great 👍 The hotel was clean with easy access to the station
